Bon séjour mais le service client à revoir

L'appartement est très bien situé et plutôt agréable. Le canapé du salon en revanche est peu confortable. Le plus important problème que nous avons eu était avec l'agence poplidays car il n'y a aucun support de leur part, impossible de les joindre au téléphone. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant un dimanche et ils n'ont répondu que le lendemain! Abritel en revanche était joignable et a tenté son possible pour arranger la situation autant que possible.
