Amazing Much Needed Get-Away

The condo was just perfect for our 5 night get away at the end of a summer with a lot of watching grandkids!! The view of the white Sandy beach and gulf was amazing! Dolphins passing by most mornings! It was comfortable and very clean! Had 3 elevators so NEVER had to wait! Would definitely return there again 💯

We love perdido key

We stayed two weeks and had the most relaxing two weeks December 2nd to Dec 17th. We loved our time on the beach everyday, we walked for miles and no one was no the beach for a couple of days. Just amazing trip thank you so much

Comfortable & Clean + Great Location!

Condo was located at the quiet end of Perdido. There was nothing to the right of us so it was a great shelling & peaceful spot on the beach! Elevators in the building were fast, which was nice. We stayed on the seventh floor, had a great view of the ocean! Saw a lot of sting rays and dolphins in the water from our balcony. The condo was cozy and very comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay! Lillians Pizza across the street is really good! Lots to do in the area!

Overall this was a nice property. We loved the smallness of the condo building(less ppl)... the parking was super compact as we were in a full suv with concrete posts(2 ppl needed to park). The condo itself had way too much clutter & knick knacks. The king bed was super lumpy but somehow was not a bad nights sleep. Needs a new mattress. Love the check in/out!!

nice for a single bedroom condo

hard to find a one bedroom condo for a couple so we were pleased to find this one. Average furnishings; some minor maintenance needed. Having the pool area so close to the building can be distracting and the property manager was no where to be seen. I suggest the property needs a new "Do Not Enter" sign on the left ramp entrance and more prominantly displayed. Also this unit's parking spot designation on the garage wall was blocked by their storage basket. Just a few things like this to make it better.

Comfortable, but…

PROS: very clean, equipped kitchen, comfy bed and couch, quiet location, attentive management company CONS: lack of hot water (Luke warm showers), no storage space (utilized the bunk beds in the hall for our suitcases, beach bags, ice chest, etc. No kitchen pantry-all food stacked up on the kitchen counter. The pantry had a stackable W/D. Literally every square inch had nick-knacks, decor, souvenirs, odd little tables, and baskets. Too much clutter. Had to gather all the decor and put it aside in order to have room for personal belongings to go on tables. The condo itself is clean and nice, but the owners need to remove 75% of the useless decor and invest in storage options.

Really Cute Place

This was a really cute place in a great location. This is in a quieter part of the city, so it was perfect for us. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. There was chair service available on the beach which put chairs pretty much along the whole length of the beach, but it was not a problem to fit in. It was a quaint, cute perfectly decorated clean place. It was a little small for 4 people. There is a king size VERY COMFORTABLE bed in the front bedroom and bunk beds in the hallway. The bunk beds fit our teenage sons fine, there was just nowhere to put their luggage and no privacy for them when waking up in the morning and making coffee or breakfast etc., they are right in the hallway. The only other thing we had a little issue with was the internet. It was very spotty and not very strong. Made watching any streaming services a little challenging. We did vacation with another family who had a much larger condo which actually was a little cheaper. Next time, we would definitely stay here again but not before checking larger places for the same amount. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and would stay again!

We had an ocean view. We sat on the balcony and read from the beach devotional book that was in the room. We enjoyed this. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service due to some maintenance needed. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful!

This is a great property! The view from the balcony is wonderful, but it’s also a short walk to the beach and ocean. The condo was probably the cleanest of any we’ve ever occupied when we arrived. The furniture is comfortable and the decor is so perfect. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We had a great trip & our accommodation was excellent! Perfect for a couple! It would have been a great for a family with small kids! The bunk beds were a nice feature & perfect for small children. I wish the check out time was little later but it all worked out! Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful weekend getaway at this beachfront condo!

My family and I stayed three nights at this condo and it was the perfect size for our family of three. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed (don’t forget to bring kitchen basics like salt and pepper for your stay). Parking was easy and we were right across from the elevators. Publix is two miles away and there are a few restaurants within a couple of miles of the condo. The building has a re-use area where guests can leave floats/chairs/toys they don’t want to bring home, and we had fun borrowing items during our stay. This unit had two beach chairs, and there is a beach rental option for chairs and umbrellas right on the beach.

Great experience. The only issue was that we brought a truck down on vacation and it was too big to fit in the assigned parking spot in the garage. I recommend making sure everyone is aware of the height restrictions in the garage

Perfect Getaway

The condo is the perfect getaway for a couple. Very clean, comfortable and outfitted with all the necessities for a perfect stay at the beach. The location is great, far enough away to not be as busy as the Alabama beaches but close enough to the action to make for an enjoyable stay.
