This 5 bedroom 2 bath home has been recently remodeled. It's an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy down time in front of the cozy warm fire place during the cold snowy winter in the family room. Smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the family room. Prepare a delicious dinner in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. In the Summer you can enjoy a cookout on the spacious deck with a gas BBQ . It's clean, beautiful and boast a private hot tub. Excellent location, less than one block to the SHARC. 10 daily SHARC passes are included. Centrally located within Sunriver and within walking distance to The Village. Garage comes equipped with several adult bikes, children's bikes, and scooters for your recreational pleasure. Enjoy time with family and friends playing board games, puzzles, cards and dart board. Lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed with a small additional fee.

Come winter enjoy the skiing at Mt. Bachelor (30 minute drive), tubing at the SHARC, skating and other activities at The Village which is a very short distance from our home. We also decorate for Christmas to making it festive and memorable. Snuggle up
by the fire while sipping a cocktail or cocoa and watching the twinkling lights on the tree. Create a magical memories of the holidays.


Come summer enjoy the pools or the SHARC with the kids, tennis, basketball, parks, trails for walking and biking, horse back riding, kayaking, the nature center, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock wall, bounce house, and so much more.

We also have a universal car charger for those with electric vehicles!

P.s. We have a high chair and play pin for babies. We have put new bed frames, new mattresses and bedding. You will be comfortable and know everything is clean!

Golfer's the golf courses in Sunriver recently have raised prices substantially and if you want ot go 15 minutes south to La Pine to play Quail Run let me know and I can tell you how to get a discount at this great little course.

The bedroom beds are as follows: main floor Queen, upstairs primamry King, two of the 3 other rooms has Bunk beds, One set has 2 full size mattresses and a twin trundle, the othere has a full & twin mattress. THe 5th room has a single bed. This is a total of 7 beds.

Golfers, the courses are now all private but just 20 minutes south in La Pine is a great little course and if you mention my name they will give you a 10% discount. It's Quail Run Golf Course.
