This newly remodeled 2,200 luxury home is adorned with top of the line finishes and furniture and coupled with 3,400 sf of outside living space in the heart of Miracle Mile (adjacent to Beverly Hills). You can walk to LACMA, the Peterson automotive museum, the Museum of Motion Pictures, and the Grove and Farmers Market.

This is a Spanish style house that was torn down to the foundation and studs and rebuilt in 2015 from the bottom up as a new, Modern Spanish Smart Home.

Originally built in 1926, this home takes on Spanish Modern flair, paying homage to original architectural designs of the period with 10-foot coffer ceilings and arched doorways. Your eye will be immediately drawn to the intricate artesian tile work in the living room, kitchen, and each of the bathrooms providing each space with a personality of its own. This home is flooded with natural light from the each of the three skylights, oversized windows, and large sliding doors seamlessly welcoming you into the gorgeously landscaped outdoor living spaces in the front, back, and side of the property.

This Smart home is outfitted with the very latest in technology including a house wide Dolby surround sound speaker system, a EcoBee/Wink heating and air conditioning system, and the newest Apple TV with all your streaming aps including Netflix, Spotify, and YouTubeTV. The whole house can be simply controlled with the iPad Mini that includes a welcoming house book explaining the features and amenities of this luxury property. The house is also protected 24/7 by outside security cameras in addition to a friendly and effective alarm system. The house also has a state of the art whole home water filtration system, a high alkaline drinking water system, a built in jacuzzi, and is powered by a 5kw solar panel system hidden on the roof.

Wonderful weekend in beautiful home!

A week to remember! Josh and Mackie are wonderful hosts, very communicative extraordinarily helpful and so gracious. The house is in a perfect location on a lovely quiet street and the backyard is an absolute oasis in the city. Perfect place for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Stunning. The house was immaculate and super organized with every amenity one would need. The only difficult part of our stay was leaving this gorgeous home. We can’t wait for another opportunity to visit.

Had a wonderful stay at Josh’s home with my family. We only had a few days in LA and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to many LA attractions, including The Grove where my teenage daughters loved to spend time when we weren’t sightseeing. Josh is the perfect host. He’s so on top of everything and couldn’t be nicer. The house is lovely and the outside area is so pretty. An true oasis in the middle of LA. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

From the moment we arrived to eve moment we left, everything was perfect. Josh, the host, was incredibly gracious and met us at the house and gave us a tour and helpful tips like where to eat and what to do. Josh’s home is beautiful and well maintained with so many nice touches like cell phone chargers on night stands and a welcome toiletry kit. There was plenty of space for our group of 5, and there is a casita that can accommodate even more people. The location is perfect-walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to beaches and local attractions. It felt like a home away from home. If you are thinking about booking, don’t think twice!

Truly an amazing gem in Miracle Mile LA!

We cannot say enough great things about Josh and Mackie as wonderful hosts and their one of a kind beautiful home! We were very excited to stay here based on the listing's pictures and description, but can say after staying here for 4 nights, the pictures don't do justice for how truly special it is. So much care and detail has been put into providing an enjoyable experience. The home is so clean, organized, comfortable, and well thought out. The location is perfect for visiting LA, close to everything in Miracle Mile, but in a quiet safe neighborhood. The hosts were always so attentive and helpful. Everyone in our group felt that this was the best vacation rental that we've ever stayed at. Thank you Josh and Mackie!

Loved this place. Great host that helped when needed

Josh and Mackie were great host to me and my group of friends. They were easily reached and offered to help with any problems that may have arose. The house was great for small gatherings due to the surround sound system. Great location. No more than 15 minutes away from the hustle of the city, even in Los Angeles...during All Star Weekend. Super neat and super fun. Will most definitely stay again when returning to LA.
