Feel at home in this gorgeous corner, top floor villa in the Hali'i Kai oceanfront development in upscale Waikoloa Beach Resort. This fabulous 2 bedroom villa is perfect for 4 adults (plus one child with owner approval).

Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai, taking in the lovely ocean and volcano (Hualalai) views and hearing the occasional "ping" of golf being played on the award-winning golf course in your view. Relax on the Tommy Bahama furniture and luxuriate in the newly remodeled master bathroom with beautiful granite and custom built cabinets. In the evening, BBQ on the lanai and watch those perfect Hawaiian sunsets.

The villa features two Smart LG 4KHD TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare those gourmet meals, and an activity closet chock full of boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, sports equipment (including tennis and pickleball equipment) for your island vacation!

The private Ocean Club at Hali'i Kai features an ocean front pool, full restaurant and bar, and workout hale where you can see whales breaching (seasonally) while you work out. Or you can simply walk a few steps to the restaurant or bar to savor your Hawaiian cocktail as you watch the sunset.

We had a lovely stay. Patricia is an excellent communicator and host. The condo has everything that you would need from the well stocked kitchen to the plush white towels and comfy bed. Each of the three TVs has clear instructions; the bedrooms and living spaces are large. It’s a short walk to the Ocean Club restaurant/bar, pool and open-air cozy gym. Hali’I Kai is a lovely condo development that’s intimate and well maintained.

This is our second time staying at this resort. Everything was wonderful. Most comfortable beds & pillows. Beautiful location and close to a lot. Will definitely stay here the next time. Hopefully less rain next time!

This is a terrific property. Well maintained, well stocked, well managed, in a great location. On the golf course - the grounds are lovely with ocean in the distance, and beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Exceeded expectations - five stars all around. Thank you Patricia.

Incredibly great!

This condo is gorgeous, both in terms of the location and the luxurious interior and charming lanai. It is exceptionally well equipped and thoughtfully supplied, and the hosts went above and beyond to be helpful, giving us excellent recommendations and being super responsive to our messages. Our two weeks here went way too fast and we would be delighted to return. Simply lovely.

Clean and comfortable!

We loved the condo. Everything was so easy - check in was quick and the owner reached out to us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. My son loved the basketball court on property. The pool was a huge plus - beautiful at sunset! Very clean and comfortable condo - better than the pics!

Great property in a very nice friendly location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, super clean and well stocked kitchen with all appliances. Kids loved having a lot of swim gear, pickle ball and the court across the street. The house is very close to many restaurants and beach club has pool, gym and restaurant. Patricia is easy to communicate with, gave us some tips and helped to get settled. We would love to come back :)

Beautiful condo

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to the Big Island. This location was great, we didn’t have to go far to enjoy beautiful beaches, snorkeling, golf and great restaurants. Having the ocean club was also nice on those windy days when you didn’t feel like going to the beach. The condo has everything that you could need. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai watching a little golf before starting our day.

Unit 6A is the perfect place to stay, the pictures don't even do it justice. It is well maintained and Patricia has added all the extras that saved us time and money. Little things like laundry detergent and shampoo, and even pickle ball equipment, body boards and beach towels made it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The lanai is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and the pool and workout area are amazing too. Allyson and Patricia were always available via the Vrbo app messaging and I'm confident would help us should anything arise

Terrific stay

We greatly enjoyed our vacation in Kona. The property was terrific. We especially appreciated how everything in the condo was very cleaned and well maintained. All household items that you could need were available. There was also every item needed for enjoying the beach. Everything with the check in process was very clear and communication was very good. I appreciated the quick response from the property owner. The property itself is centrally located and there are many activities nearby. We enjoyed the pool and the many nearby walks. Parking was very easy and close. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Kona.

Beyond Five Stars

This condo is located in a very well maintained, and beautiful resort. The pool area is spectacular in every way and equally suitable for adults and children. The condo itself is well decorated and the furnishings are both attractive and comfortable. The lanai is spacious and the views, including the sunsets are incredible. This unit is well stocked with beach essentials and the kitchen includes everything you could possibly need with every detail attended to, right down to the sharp kitchen knives, which I’ve never encountered in a rental unit before. The owner, Patricia was very helpful in terms of recommendations for restaurants and activities and was both generous and kind when we informed her of damage that was inadvertently done to one of her boogie boards during our stay. The manager Allyson responded very quickly to all of our questions and requests. We hope to rent this condo again soon.

Amazing Property!

We loved our time in this condo. The condo was newly-remodeled, sparkling clean, and had very comfortable beds and furniture. The pool is right beside the ocean and had pool service where you could order meals, snacks, and drinks poolside. From the condo there was easy access to shops, beaches, and restaurants. The properly manager left us a welcome gift basket with fresh fruits and Hawaiian foods, and was easy to reach by text. She also told us about great places to see on the island and the best time to go. We definitely plan to come back!
