The common area of the condo has an open floor plan with kitchen/dining and living room areas and access to the patio through sliding doors in the living room. There is a large smart television in the living room area for entertainment value throughout the common areas. The condo has central heat & air and ceiling fans for comfort throughout. The kitchen features new cabinetry, countertops and raised bar for additional seating. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range Both bedrooms have private baths and flat panel smart televisions. A private screened porch connects to the entry bedroom. A separate laundry room is located in the entry hall with full-sized washer & dryer. Community pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service.

This property is extremely clean, the location couldn’t be better, close to shopping and the beaches, we loved the two separate bedrooms that each had a connecting bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place to Stay

This was the second time renting the same unit. It's clean, nicely decorated, has comfortable beds and is conveniently on the first floor. Would go back again when we're in the area.

What a Great Stay

The property was just as described. It had plenty of room, it was clean, comfortable and perfect for us! Sunset Beach is my new favorite place and I hope to bring my husband back soon and let him enjoy the golf while I enjoy the beach!

Home away from Home

What an adorable condo! It was very clean and cozy and had all of the amenities , plus more that we could have needed. Excellent use of bedroom space having double Queen beds in both rooms with very comfy mattresses. We will definitely stay again. Location to the beach and nearby attractions was perfect.

Golf trip

Lovely Condo that Exceeded Expectations

The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived, so a really great first impression, and we really appreciated that! Linens, sheets and pillows, were of good quality. There were extra blankets and pillows in the linen closet. Bath towels, hand towels, wash towels were of good quality also, 2 of each kind in each bathroom, and the kitchen had all types of implements for cooking needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and hope to return next summer! Make sure to bring your own hairdryer, if you use one :)

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at this 2-bd condo. It was very nice. However, we encountered a few problems but they were resolved by the staff very quickly. The kitchen was equipped with many things for us but there were no sharp cutting knives. And the dishwasher didn’t work (there were dirty dishes and cups in there when we arrived… I guess previous renters didn’t say anything to the office staff). After I called the office staff, they sent housekeeping to the condo with plenty of new knives that they bought at the store. And they sent maintenance to fix the dishwasher. As we were packing to leave in the morning, we saw a couple of roaches under the bed. Even though we got so many mosquito bites, we still enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking, easy checkin/checkout, very close to Sunset Beach.

Wonderful property

Me and my family loved this property!! Not only is it peaceful but it was in a nice neighborhood as well, check in and out was good and the room was nice and spacious also the kids loved tennis court. I would stay again
