This place was strait up cozy! Very clean and quite comfortable. The area was peaceful with very little traffic. We barely saw any cars pass. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely visit it again.

We have family in Kerrville and this beautiful home allowed the other half of our family to enjoy a hill country Christmas with our son and his wife and children. We were so busy doing family things this time around but look forward to enjoying the landscape and fire pit and immaculate and modern tiny home again soon! Very helpful responsive host. We enjoyed the many beautiful deer outside our bedroom window at sunrise each morning. The Avery house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices and cooking supplies.

Relaxing Retreat

This was the perfect hideaway for our weekend retreat away from the city. We enjoyed the quiet and natural sounds of bird singing in the morning. We loved seeing all the deer and the close proximity to downtown Kerrville. The home was clean, nicely decorated and perfect for a comfortable weekend! Check-in/out was a breeze.
