This is a superb 2-bedrooms holiday apartment in a quiet location yet minutes away from the fun and activities which the Ocho Rios scene has to offer, 'Sandy Beaches', Dunns River Fall, Mystic Mountain, Jet Ski, Horse Riding, & Restaurants & Shops for your entertainment and comfort.

These 2 bedrooms apartment sleeps 4 is bright and superbly decorated with many excellent features to help you enjoy a wonderful holiday. Sit back on the veranda terrace and enjoy the sea view or sip a drink and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine.

All our apartments lounge has H.D flat screen TV, music centre, Wii and a large fully equipped kitchen fitted with cooker and microwave. All bedrooms are fitted with air condition for your choice of comfort.

Beautiful suburban house

Carlyn will do everything she can to make your stay pleasant. The property is beautiful and spacious. Gate leads to main road and about 15 minutes from Ocho Rios.

Serinity at its Best

Ryann’s Place is located in the middle of everything St. Mary & St. Ann’s has to offer. It’s a clean and serene location that I enjoyed very much. Get a taxi ride in any direction for $120 Jamaican dollars. Carlene is a super host she made sure my stay was close to perfection. A++++ looking forward to staying again. Miranda ✨

I enjoyed staying here. Carlene was a wonderful host I pretty much didn't have to ask her for anything she knew what we need when we needed it. Very open and spacious. It was so nice that you want to stay in wifi works great ac works great. The price is very reasonable for the wonderful service you get.

2017 vacation

The place and hostess was really nice. My only complaint is having to turn off the ac when leaving each time. No one wants to come home to a hot house after being out in the heat all day. My suggestion is to charge more to cover the electric bill. Ronnette Hunter

Ronnette and her partner was great, she was down to earth, kind and polite. I’d be glad to host her again any time. She took great care of her apartment and left it clean and tidy. Yes, the apartment can be hot when left for long periods without the A/C units on, however we are trying to strike a balance, by keeping our prices competitive (which is some of the lowest in the area) and equally be kind to our environment. As such, we asked politely, if guests would be so kind and turn off the unit whiles they are out.

I'm Glad That We Stayed Here.

From my family and I met the host Carlene on the first day, we knew our stay was going to be great. Carlene is very warm and welcoming. The place is clean and spacious. Best of all, is the free wifi. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Sherman and Carlene. 👍👍

Suited our needs perfectly

Rayann's place was just what we needed for our stay in Jamaica. The rooms are a good size and the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is TV and internet and a full kitchen if you need it. It is easy to grab a cab if you need to run into town or if you have a car, there was a place to park a car too. All in all it was a good place to stay.

Delightful Stay

I recently stayed at Ryanna's Place in January just for one night stay, however the home was very clean, delightful and extremely inviting. The 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and clean with toiletries provided. Free Wi-Fi was provided which was very easy to access. Carlene was very helpful and kind. I adore everything about this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Heather

Ryanna's Place Was Very Relaxing!!

My Husband and I stay at this property for 7 amazing Day's which was located in Ochio Rios Jamaica... We had the lower level 2 bedroom apartment full kitchen and washroom , full living area with a shared dinning space and one bathroom.. The apartment was nice and clean there was free Wi-Fi available which was Very convenient for us ..Their was cable and Air conditioning units in both rooms.. Beings though it is a vacation home you will need to purchase groceries or you can have dinner in Ochio Rios Town .. The taxi from Ryanna's place to Town was 120 JM dollars so in US money that would be $1.20 ..Ms.Carlene is a wonderful lady that lives upstairs that will help you with whatever you need.. I would tell anyone that's looking to stay in Ochio Rios for an Incredible price to book Ryanna's Place ..It was a Very Tranquil & Lovely Stay ..
