We loved our stay and hope to return! Condo is very conveniently located by mountain, a great comfortable set up, nice linens and clean throughout, beautiful views, excellent access instructions and great communication by owners. Thank you for a wonderful stay over New Years. Wish we were still there!

Had a wonderful stay for the FIS world championships. The place was set up with everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and with great access to both the river run base and town. Paula was proactive in contacting with check in instructions and overall had a super smooth stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry closet were well-stocked with everything that we needed and more for our stay. The property manager, Paula, was great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. The views of Bald Mountain are amazing from both balconies. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Paula was a wonderful host! We had the easiest checkin and checkout - all the directions given were clear and she made herself available for any questions if needed. The condo was perfect for us and was so cozy. Every amenity was wonderful and that shower pressure was awesome! Will definitely stay here again, so close to the main part of town and the base of the mountain. 5 stars all the way!

Really convenient location with added plus of garage parking. The property is very well stocked so cooking is easy. Appreciated soap and Kleenex (some places I’ve rented don’t even give you a bar of soap!). Communication with owner was also great.

Amazing stay and great location

My family and I just finished up a fantastic stay at this condo. Paula was an amazing host and incredibly communicative. The place is in great shape and felt very spacious for our family of four. It's close enough to walk to the base of Bald Mountain, but I'm not sure I'd recommend that with kids if you're also carrying gear. That said, there is a shuttle a block away that was reliably on schedule every morning we were there. (It was not as quite reliably on schedule in the afternoon, but still OK.)Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because we had been visiting Sun Valley since our boys were little and my sister, Paula Winter (our fabulous property manager!) now lives in Sun Valley full time so we hope to visit more often. When it came on the market, there was a bidding war because the views are so amazing and so is the location. Luckily, we won the ability to own this very special property which we enjoy whenever we can come from where we live in Santa Barbara.
