This high-quality apartment has been recently furnished and meticulously equipped. It features three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bathtub), a bright and spacious living room with direct access to a private terrace, and a fully equipped independent kitchen.

The private terrace, complete with a wooden pergola and outdoor furniture, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy unmatched views of the Alhambra and the city.

Its unbeatable location places you within walking distance of Granada’s most iconic sites, including the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, Gran Vía de Colón, and the Albaicín. The pe
rfect base to explore the city on foot and enjoy a truly memorable stay.

Without a doubt, this place has a great location and unbeatable view! That said, you should be aware that the price you are paying is reflected in said view and comfortable furnishings but not in the maintenance of some basic items. The main selling point for us to book was the view of the Alhambra. However, 3 of 4 blinds were not working properly including the central patio door whose blind was totally inoperable, thus partially blocking the amazing view from inside. Throughout the apartment light bulbs were not working, as well as lamps, necessitating moving lamps from bedrooms to provide adequate lighting in the living room. The primary bathroom had 2 of 3 bulbs out above the mirror. The kitchen had basic equipment but also failed to have working lights above the stove and food prep area. It lacked oven mitts for taking food out of the oven, and didn’t provide even salt and pepper. There was a broken patio chair that would be a problem if you needed all chairs to accommodate your group. Overall, the deferred maintenance (easily remedied by attentive management) on the property detracted from what should be a 5 star experience.

Great location and views of Alhambra!

Location and views are amazing at this place! The AC units had trouble keeping up with the 108 degree temperatures, but overall everything worked out well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious, comfortable and central to all we wanted to see. The patio with its view of the Alhambra and the neighborhood was a treat. The only downside was that they were a little miserly with their supplies. We had to ask for extra soap, body wash, paper towel and toilet paper. And it would have been lovely to have something other than paper towels to wash and dry the dishes.The patio is not as fully furnished as the pictures would have you believe, but there were chairs for the 4 of us around the table.

Gorgeous in Granada

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. But the stand out feature of this VRBO is the huge veranda with sweeping views of the Alhambra. The photographs do not capture how close you are. We loved having coffee outside in the morning and dinner in the evening. It was a great spot for four old friends to catch up.

The view.

The view is magical and set the standard for our entire trip. We loved the quiet setting on the outdoor living area - with charming church bells and neighbourhood building with clay roof tiles everywhere. you are in the city centre with shopping, dining and more and more sights to see. This is a great apparent with an excellent view. Full view of the Alhambra from the living room and giant terrace. The rooms were a good size. Full kitchen. Clean and modern. The only problem was the heating. It was December and it was cold for Spain and the apartment had clearly been empty for a couple day before our visit. The wall switch heaters got warm but produced very little airflow. It took two days before it was warm enough to sit in the living room. There are radiators but we were told they don’t work. I’d have paid more for heating if that’s what it took. Or maybe go in the day before a guest arrives and turn on the wall units . I suspect the lack of air flow would also make this an ac cooling problem in the summer.

Fantastic Accommodations with a Spectacular View

I stayed here recently with my husband and some friends. The apartment is absolutely amazing. The view and terrace alone are worth the rental. The living area inside was incredibly comfortable and easily accommodated four people. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The check-in was very easy, and Fernando, who showed us around, was very friendly and enthusiastic about both the apartment and Granada, which is a beautiful and enchanting city. I highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely come back if I come back to Granada again.

Stunning location and views and very central location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a beautiful apartment and location. I would agree with other previous comments that everything is well thought out and beautifully presented but the kitchen doesn't have quite the same attention to detail re. crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. We would happily return for another vacation. Watching the sunset from the terrace while looking at the Alhambra cannot really be beaten.
