The space
The house is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2 master bedroom suites each having a private full bathroom, double sinks, granite counters, tiled walk in shower with glass doors, and walk in closet. Third bedroom has 2 single beds and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom that has bunk beds. Jack & Jill bathroom also has double sinks, granite counters, tub/shower combination, beautiful tile with that beachy feel.
Our unit is spacious, clean, bright with an open concept. The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all your cooking needs. Full size refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV and a queen pullout sofa bed. The walk-out balcony off living room has beach and bay views. Elevator to all floors, 2 car garage, private washer and dryer in the unit. We supply all linens, bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels. Pack and Play booster seat
We also own the adjoining house that has the same floor plan and is also available to rent. Double your space for the family get together's .
