Superb Touquettoise entirely renovated in 2020.
A two or three minute walk from the center, ideally located at the beginning of the forest, away from a main street, which gives it calm and optimal positioning to enjoy the Touquettois setting.
A large garden will allow you to take full advantage of the outdoors, indoor parking and double garage to house easily rentable bikes in the center of Le Touquet, boulevard Daloz (500 M).
Garden furniture and barbecue, large terrace on the rear garden and upstairs terrace for quiet reading.
Ground floor = new, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, bedroom overlooking the garden with sofa bed, reading lounge facing the Ethanol fireplace, wc, large bathroom.
FLOOR = Large landing giving access to the terrace upstairs, bathroom accessible by the landing or reserved for the master bedroom, 4 bedrooms in total upstairs, wc.
Attic = not accessible for rental, well insulated.

Exceptional, modernised property with all the facilities one would expect including a heated outdoor pool. Prime location just a short walking distance away from the local amenities, golf courses and restaurants. I would not hesitate to book another stay at this property.

Beautiful spacious property in lovely quiet location!

The house is delightful! Lots of space both inside and out. The first floor terrace and garden area was much bigger than the photos show. All bedrooms were clean and well presented. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner even ensured the barbecue was ready to use. A fantastic stay and the owner was really lovely to liaise with. Thank you!

Enjoyable stay but

We enjoyed our stay, thank you. We booked this villa based on previous positive reviews. The cost of the villa was 4-5 stars and therefore we must comment with this in mind. The garden is large and the pool warm. The children loved the trampoline and football table. The kitchen was well appointed. The location is good. We enjoyed BBQs outside. There is one toilet upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is a sofa bed with no wardrobes. We felt the interior was tired and needed updating. The grass was long and was mowed on request and the swimming pool was cleaned on day four. We would recommend replacing the towels.The bike tyres were flat so we could not use them. We had some issues with the boiler failing - leaving the house cold - and two power cuts and the washing machine and bathroom were leaking. But the host was very efficient, quick to resolve the problems, apologetic and kindly gave us a monetary compensation. We felt the cost of the villa was overpriced and didn't quite meet our expectations.
