OVERVIEW: Beautiful and sunny ground-level condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious screened-in porch with pond views, a washer & dryer, central AC/Heat, open concept, and much more.
This unit is unique because of its location being directly next to 1 of 3 pools, steps away for a quick swim or full pool day. (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day).
LOCATION: Sanibel Village- a beautiful bayside community (directly behind Big Fish Grill and Arena) offers three community pools and three tennis courts. Bike-able to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. A very short drive takes you to the outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, water park, movie theater, Rehoboth's charming downtown, and all the incredible vacation amenities of Rehoboth Beach. 1.5 miles from the beach/boardwalk/downtown with an easy driving path to avoid traffic. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants!
PARKING: Plenty of parking- not assigned.
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and screened-in porch. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: No pets and no smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. This condo rents from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months. One twin roll-away bed to accommodate five guests.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Have Stayed Multiple Times, Would Stay Again

This is our second time staying at the unit, and we would definitely stay there again :) We have found it just the right size for our family (two adults, one child) and convenient to the areas we want to get to. Recommended.

For small group

Unit was perfect for the four of us. Bigger then pics indicated. Short drive to the beach. The unit could use some necessary kitchen utensils. The internet was very weak and kept knocking us off. We stayed right by one of the three pools which was very convenient. Close to stores and outlets and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo.

Condo was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the easy access to a quick meal at the deli or restaurant. First floor access worked well for my family.
