Shipmaster 1902 is a beautiful Shipyard getaway that features modern décor throughout. This townhome offers a spacious living area with access to a large, private patio with a gas grill overlooking a lagoon. This vacation rental includes a full, updated, and well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining room with seating for six. Guests will enjoy access to the on-site pool and tennis court, available at no charge. The home has one king bedroom on the first floor and two king bedrooms on the second floor.

The complex is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and conveniently close to the popular Coligny shopping and dining complex. The community also has three nine-hole golf courses, the world-renowned Van der Meer tennis center, a health spa, and miles of well-maintained trails for biking and hiking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
