Recently built with large indoor and outdoor spaces with maximum privacy, even if it is inserted in the urban context and surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub.
The house is a villa on one floor (accessible by several steps), spacious and functional, with 3 bedrooms equipped with: spacious living room with kitchenette, microwave oven, satellite TV, two full bathrooms (with shower, sink , toilet and bidet), washing machine, heated outdoor shower, barbecue (in stone) and two private parking spaces. It is located near all services, halfway between two small shopping centers, in the maritime area from which it is about 250 m as the crow flies (rocky coves).
Costa Paradiso is a famous tourist place, very particular and sought after, with beautiful views / corner of the sea, mainly rocky, by the contrasts of the blue / emerald colours of the sea with the intense red quartz granite rocks, which make the unique and breathtaking landscape. The location has great naturalistic value for marine biodiversity, which makes it ideal for scuba diving enthusiasts.

Tout a été parfait. L'emplacement à Costa Paradiso est merveilleux, rt permet de visiter tout le Nord de la Sardaigne sans aucun problème. La vue depuis la terrasse de l'appartement est incroyable, le matin comme le soir avec le coucher du soleil. Le logement est très fonctionnel. La douche extérieure, le barbecue et la machine à laver sont particulièrement appréciables. La propriétaire est adorable, arrangeante et nous a donné de précieux conseils notamment de plages et de restaurants. Les ventilateurs étaient nécessaires. Allez y les yeux fermés, ce sera encore mieux que dans la description de l'annonce!

La vue de la maison est exceptionnelle et magique. L'intérieur de la maison est fonctionnel. Les 2 tables extérieures de chaque côté de la maison sont tres appréciables pour les petits déjeuners et les repas en extérieur. La douche extérieure est un vrai plus également.Patrizia est disponible et de très bon conseil pour les visites, les découvertes et les bonnes adresses.Il faut quand même rappeler que pour accéder à la maison, il faut monter plusieurs marches. Mais l'effort est vite récompensé et oublié par la vue de là haut

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick aufs Meer. Alles war vorbildlich sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Patrizia hat sich um alles gekümmert, war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar mit wertvollen Tipps für Gastronomien und Ausflüge versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gigantische Aussicht aus luftiger Höhe

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Costa Paradiso im Haus von Familie Nurro. Vielen Dank an Patrizia für den herzlichen Empfang - sowie die vielen Tipps und Links, auch tatkräftige Hilfe zu einem gesundheitlichem Problem. Der saubere Haushalt bot uns alles Notwendige zum Kochen. Ein relativ großer Kühlschrank und der zusätzliche Gefrierschrank waren perfekt für uns. Unglaublich diese wunderbare Aussicht auf‘s Meer - mit abendlichem Sonnenuntergang von mehreren Plätzen der langen Terrasse! Einzig die manchmal endlos erscheinenden Stufen waren bei der Ankunft und Abreise wirklich schweisstreibend. Es ist das oberste Haus von vier Häusern - alle mit eigenem Parkplatz. Oben angekommen wird man, auch bei grösster Hitze, jedoch mit einem leichten Lüftchen belohnt und schnell sind die Stufen vergessen :-) Das Haus ist indoor nicht mehr ganz modern eingerichtet dafür sehr praktisch. Alles da - auch Stauraum in Regalen und Schränken. Tipp für große Menschen: die Aussendusche mit Kalt- und Warmwasser ist eine echte Option. Nochmals vielen Dank für deine immer hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen liebe Patrizia!

Semaine Sardaigne

Séjour très agréable avec un point de vue magnifique sur la mer, maison très confortable et propriétaire très accueillante qui nous a recommandé beaucoup de bonnes adresses. Attention pour se deplacer il faut evaluer en temps et non en km les routes sont des lacets.

Fantastico

Patrizia è una padrona di casa meticolosa, gentile ed accomodante. CI ha illustrato ogni angolo di costa Paradiso, gentile ed attenta verso le nostre esigenze. La casa è ampia e gode di una vista mare stupenda, gli spazi sono ampi e la vivibilità è ottima. Leggermente scomodo salire coi bagagli, ma è proprio cercare il pelo nell'uovo. Il punteggio è 10, per la lode servirebbe l'aria condizionata nella rara eventualità di una sciroccata con temperature alte. Superconsigliato!!!
