House 4 people. 300 m from the beaches.

Welcome to our little house in Pouldu!
Small town appreciated for its fine sandy beaches, its coastal paths overlooking the cliffs and its small fishing port.


You will find hiking trails (and mountain biking) from the house.
Tennis courts 50 meters away. Nautical activities (surf and sailing school)
The large forest of Toulfoën is a 5-minute drive away.
Le Pouldu is ideally located for discovering South Finistère. To see: Doëlan, Quimperlé, Pont-Aven, Concarneau ...



Regarding accommodation:
The house is located in a quiet residence 300 m from the beaches.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, gas hob, microwave, washing machine and small freezer for enjoying ice cream in summer ...
You can relax in the small lounge with TV.
Upstairs: a bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and a bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190).

A small garden is facing south. Not overlooked.
A table and chairs are available in the shed as well as deckchairs.
A second terrace to the north will allow you to put yourself in the shade in case of high heat.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Children are welcome, we leave a crate of games and sand games at their disposal.

-All shops within a few minutes walk: restaurants, bars, small grocery store, bakery etc.
Wednesday morning market.
Night market on Sunday evening in summer.
-Clohars Carnoêt is a 5 min drive. There you will find larger shopping centers. The market takes place on Saturday morning.

Linen not provided - possible rental: € 12 for the large bed and € 8 for the single bed. Towels provided.

Optional final cleaning: 60 €

Angenehme Unterkunft in schöner und weitgehend ruhiger Lage in einem sehr familiären Badeort

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, kurzer Weg zu den Stränden. Badeort recht überschaubar und familiär mit wunderbarer, typisch bretonischer Küste mit Wechsel zwischen Steilküste un Felsen und sandigen Buchten. Unterkunft war insgesamt gut in Schuss, kleinere Verbesserungen (Tür zum Kinderzimmer, Fernsehempfang) und einige Schönheitsreparaturen (Bad) würden uns für die Zukunft freuen. Die Lage war weitgehend ruhig, nur der Einwurf in die nahestehenden, öffentlichen Glascontainer haben uns regelmäßig etwas genervt. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den es sich gegebenenfalls zu wiederholen lohnt.

Hameau des grands sables

Très bon emplacement par la proximité des plages, des promenades (a pied ou à vélo) au bord de mer et grand espace pour promenade de son chien. C’est un endroit formidable pour les amoureux de la nature. De ma part c’est l’endroit le plus beau du Finistere nord et sud. Par ailleurs, plus beau que le Morbihan. Je reviendrai sur ces lieux. Il y a d’excellents restaurants sur Lorient. La maison est bien équipée. Il manquerait juste un sofa plus confortable dans le petit salon. Par contre la salle de bain n’est pas adaptée à des personnes âgées. Malgré la canicule nous a fait de très bonnes nuits. Je réitère que l’endroit est bien tranquille que ce soit pour là stationnement des voitures ou les proximités des belles plages. La maison en général est confortable.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage in Le Pouldu (nahe an den Stränden) gefallen und die vordere Terrasse mit Esstisch und schönen Blumen. Auch der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer ging ins Grüne und auf eine Pferdekoppel. Bei Regenwetter kann das Haus zu viert allerdings etwas eng werden. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, Ofen oder WLAN, dafür aber eine Waschmaschine, Badewanne und DVD-Player. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Très bon séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes

Découverte du magnifique sentier côtier (GR 34), de l'île de Groix et de deux très bons restaurants : Bistrot 1954 et crêperie Saint-Maurice. Baignade au gré des plages jalonnant le sentier. Remarque : poste de TV défaillant. Petite plaque de cuisson deux feux peu pratique.

Logement correspondant à la description, l'accueil fait par Pascale a été très bon. La maison est idéalement située dans un mini lotissement très calme. La place de parking est un plus ! La proximité avec le centre et les plages rend cela parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Niveau équipements cela convient très bien pour des vacances, malgré un désagrément avec la machine a laver, cela a été géré en quelques jours et une nouvelle a été installée. Je conserve l'adresse !

Maisonnette agréable, bien située, très proche des plages et des commerces. calme.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in Le Pouldu. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber in direkter Nähe zu den Stränden!

Das Haus ist klein, aber absolut ausreichend eingerichtet: Alles was gebraucht wird ist da (außer WLan). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind total zufrieden!

logement très bien situé, fonctionnel meme si j'aurai préféré le lave vaisselle au congélateur ....et il faudrait penser à la wifi...mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme ,près de la mer . je recommanderai ce logement.
