This cute one bedroom one bath condo is located at 1129 11th Street in the Sea Isle Village condominium complex. Located on the gulf side of Mustang Island in Port Aransas this family oriented complex is central to all that Port Aransas has to offer with direct access to the gulf at beach marker #3.

This 750 square foot condo is located on the first floor with a large covered outdoor patio that faces the gulf and offers two queen beds, a full bath and a completely stocked kitchen with full size appliances. The unit has a great room with open concept kitchen and living space with the kitchen offering plenty of counter space and a peninsula with bar stools, perfect for informal family dining.

Living room and bedroom have ROKU smart TV’s with Spectrum cable and wifi.
The unit offers one reserved parking spot, however, there is additional parking available onsite and parking for boats and golf carts in designated locations. Parking passes are available.

Sea Isle Village has an oversized swimming pool, sports court and playground area for the kids, an outdoor shower for rinsing the days sand off after returning from the beach and onsite laundry. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are conveniently located for your use as well as a fish cleaning station for your catch of the day.

Cozy little place with paved path to the beach

Great condo and perfect location!!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, house was clean, and very quiet! Short walk to the beach on a paved path with lights and pool was right across from condo. Great find would highly recommend!!

Kids to the Beach trip :)

Took my niece and her 2 kids, 6 and 8 to the beach. Comfortable, nice and clean and just a small walk to the beach. Peaceful too, the kids enjoyed the place and loved the walk to beach. We had everything we needed and will do again. Thank you! J , H and the kids

Spring break

Everything in and around was so convenient. Very clean property. The rinsing stations located from coming from the beach and by the pool are a plus. And also the fish cleaning station and the extra parking by the dumpsters with more water hose rinsing stations. The playground with volleyball net, basketball courts and etc. it is a very nice place to stay. This is our 4th time staying there. And will definitely go back.

Easy Beach Access

This was a perfect location for us. My husband likes to rose early and run on the beach. He loved that it was just a short walk from our patio to get to the beach. We were also visiting friends who were also vacationing in Port Aransas and liked that we were also close to town, restaurants, and shops. As for the condo itself, it had everything we needed-not fancy, but certainly comfortable.

First Family trip to the Beach

This was my daughter's first trip to the beach! It was a great experience. The rental was clean with fully stocked kitchen tools. This allowed us to save money by allowing us to cook our own food. Loved having direct access to the beach with an outdoor shower at the end of the path. Very convenient. The location of the rental was within 5 minutes of restaurants and shopping. Will be back!

Great Location and Amenities

Unfortunately we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From trash in cans, dead bugs, dirty dishes and lots of sand EVERYWHERE! We did contact host and they were very responsive. Called out a cleaning crew for a redo but never felt comfortable.

Perfect for a family trip!

Property was very clean and the perfect spot for a family vacation! All we needed was a place to shower and AC to sleep in but this offered so much more. The parking spot is right in front of the unit so loading in and out was super easy. We really enjoyed the pool and the full kitchen! 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again. Couple small notes: 1) The boardwalk is for pedestrians only, so plan to drive around to the beach access road. 2) The bath towels are small. My husband and I are both size adult small/medium and the towels barely fit around us. Perfect size for kids though. 3) There’s tons of pots and pans for the stove top but I couldn’t find a baking/casserole dish for the oven. 4) I think the shower curtain rod is upside down - there’s a bump in the middle so the curtain doesn’t slide back and forth (maybe that’s by design). My son wasn’t able to close the curtain by himself but a taller child or adult can lift the hooks up over the bump to close it.

Great mini condo, walking distance to the beach, kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes all the essentials. Beautifully decorated and clean. The one thing that stood out for me was water pressure in the shower was excellent. I will definitely. Book here again. Thank you absolutely satisfied!

Loved this Condo

Beautifully decorated, loved are the blue and white. Very comfortable. Would love to see a handle in the shower area. Everything else was great. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels for our group. Thanks for your hospitality.
