Neal and Pam Martin are originally from the Houston area, and decided to fulfill their dream of living in the Texas Hill County in 2015 by purchasing property near Fredericksburg, Texas. The cabin was completed in 2019, and while they lived in the barn and RV, they completed their home late 2021.

Quiet and secluded, private and secure entrance, relaxing country atmosphere with all the amenities. Close to town, only 10 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and the 290 wine trail. You will see wildlife, beautiful sunsets, and feel the soft breezes from this hilltop property.
