Holiday house of 125 m2, completely renovated, located 100m from a white sand beach (accessible by a path). Beach house design decoration. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor (sleeps 8) and 2 bathrooms (Italian showers), a large living room of 50 m2 with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, US fridge, washing machine / dryer ...), an independent TV lounge ... The terrace, opening onto a 1000 m2 garden, facing south, is ideal for lounging in the sun. The environment is calm and conducive to relaxation and the discovery of magnificent sites along the coastal paths that run along the 17 km of sandy beaches. The activities are varied: surfing, kite-surfing (Dossen spot 1 km away), bicycle rides, thalassotherapy in Roscoff (5km), canoeing, shore fishing .... Bicycles and canoeing on request.
