You'll find this cozy home ideally located on a private drive on Holland's northside. Wooded lot offers privacy and shade, while a patio and fire pit allow you to enjoy the large fenced in yard. This property is pet friendly! Dog kennels and bowls are available for your furry family members.
Inside the home, you'll find a clean, updated kitchen with open dining and living area. Lots of windows allow the lovely summer breezes to flow through the home. Master bed and bath feature a large walk in shower, garden jacuzzi tub, and new queen size bed for two. Second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk to accommodate 2-3 people/kids. Couch easily converts to comfortable bed for 2 as well. Air mattress is available if needed.
Less than 5 minutes from Holland State Park, you can spend the day on one of West Michigan's best beaches. Beach towels are available for use. Spend the day at the beach, grill something for dinner, and then relax by the bonfire at night as you watch fireflies dance in the woods.
This home is within walking distance of Dunton Park and Lake Macatawa, as well as Beechwood Grill, Deboer Bakkerij, Brewery 424, Captain Sundae and mini golf, and Cross Country Cycle. Walk down to the Dutch bakery for breakfast, rent a bike and ride the miles of bike paths in Ottawa County, and stop in for a beer in the afternoon!
The property is also conveniently located near the bridge, with just a 5 minute drive to downtown Holland. Enjoy an appetizer at New Holland Brewery, dinner at one of the many restaurants downtown, or catch a movie at the new Sperry luxury theater. Thursday evenings downtown feature free street performers during the summer, and weekends often host art-in-the park or other festivities.
In addition, Holland is nestled in between Grand Haven and Saugatuck. This home is 13 miles from Saugatuck Dunes State Park, and 20 miles from Grand Haven.

My second stay at this home...

I love this house. I stayed here last year and came back a second time. The home is adorable and neat as a pin, and it has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. My small pup loves the fenced-in yard. The location is perfect: close to the beach and also close to the downtown area. The neighborhood is private and very quiet. If this house is available, I will stay here every time I come back to Holland!

Beauty and Comfort

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything you could need is provided including towels and paper products. The kitchen is beautifully appointed as well. The backyard is fully fenced witch is great for young children and dogs. It’s in a very good location as well. Not far from all the highlights of Holland. The hosts have done a wonderful job with their place!

A wonderful home with everything you need...

I had a great stay at this lovely home. Very quiet and peaceful on a private street. Beautifully appointed and fully stocked with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.Perfect location, too - close to Lake Michigan and also close to restaurants and the downtown area. Very nice back yard for relaxation and reading. The owner was very responsive with questions I asked. It was hard to leave after such a relaxing vacation! I highly recommend this home, and I would love to come back on my next trip to Holland.

One of the best!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The home is wonderful, so many clever and helpful amenities. Even toys and crates for the dog! The back yard is fully fenced and our little 11 lb dog could not get out. Location is great. The master bed is comfortable and that shower is - WOW! Temperature easy to control, which isn’t always the case. Teryn was prompt with all communications and so kind. Will definitely come back.

This home is so nice. Has everything you might need for your stay. So CLEAN, spacious inside and outside; a lovely home in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Teryn has thought of everything. 2 bedrooms 2 baths and a pull-out couch so quick and comfortable—>not your average ’sofabed’ by any means. Teryn’s communication was easy and excellent. Stayed a week and did not want to leave!!! Near to Holland’s fun but away from the bustle. Loved this stay! Thanks Teryn!

Quiet neighborhood but close to town and beach

Only 10 minutes from town. About the same from the beach. Fenced backyard. Fire pit. Try Sundown Firewood for your wood. Be aware that many Holland restaurants and shops are closed Sundays and Mondays. Sperry movie theater was a lot of fun. Try putt putt golf at Captain Sundae.

Excellent Getaway Experience

Teryn's home is beautifully updated and super clean. Though dogs are welcome, you would never know that dogs had been there. We were greeted with a lovely snack basket, and an AC cooled home. The home is located in a quiet little neighborhood with lots of trees. The location is very close to everything we wanted to see. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Teryn was quick to respond to my inquiries before the trip and provided an excellent experience for our getaway. Thank you, Teryn!

First trip away from home with the dogs.

It was our first time traveling with our dogs so I was super nervous. I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable home for our family including the dogs. Super dog friendly and welcoming home. We enjoyed our time at the campfire and the amazing shower in the master. We attended a wedding at the Felt Mansion and it was a perfect spot to stay that was close and convenient. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This property was one of the best vacation homes I have stayed at for work purposes on an extended stay. With previous long term stays I have had to purchase additional items to make the property livable (pots, pans, vacuum, etc.) BUT not with this property. Aside from having to fill up on some consumables this place had everything you could ask for . The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet close to downtown so evening entertainment was easy to get to. If I am back in the area for work again I will certainly be trying to stay here.

Wonderful Stay X 2!

This was our second stay at Beachwood and, just like our first visit, everything was super! The home is comfortable, clean, and just as pictured. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook or bring in food from one of the many terrific nearby restaurants. The home is in a pleasant neighborhood for walking and a short drive to both Holland State Park and Tunnel Park. Thanks for another truly comfortable visit in Holland!

Great Place!

This is by far the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Super clean and welcoming. As soon as we walked in, there were snacks and a little “welcome” sign. This place has everything you need. It was especially nice that there were dog beds, bowls and kennels available for your fur babies. On top of that the owner is very kind and quick to respond. Highly recommend! :)

Our western Michigan retreat

The house was perfect with lots of extras that the owner put in to make our stay even more comfortable. We brought our dog and she had dog bowls, toys, and treats along with snacks for us as well. The house is well maintained, well stocked, updated, and a perfect distance from Saugatuk as well as Grand Haven. We went to both of these cities (no more then a 30 minute drive for either) as well as explored Holland as well. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Lovely stay!

Teryn is so sweet and really made sure to make my husband and my stay as comfortable as possible. Our dog loved the fenced-in yard, too! We unfortunately weren’t able to use the grill or beach chairs, which is opposite of what the listing said, but overall our stay here was amazing and we are definitely planning on coming back! Super clean, great location.
