We are located in Sunny Bonita Springs in a retirement community close to Naples and Fort Myers. We have a clean, two bedroom, two bath unit with two lanais backing up to a creek. The property is located in a retirement community of Imperial Harbor Estates. The community has a clubhouse and a pool. In just a few short minutes, you can be at the beach or shopping. Sit on the back lanai and enjoy your coffee while listening to the birds. Or visit the clubhouse for activities and swimming. We provide cable and internet. Rentals by the month or the season.

Great place to stay

As a sigle retiree, this property in a 55+ community is a wonderful way to meet new friends and join in on events. Dave's home is clean, spacious, well equipped, and in a great location. He and his wife are accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to questions. I'll book again for sure!

Peaceful surroundings!

This home was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and clubhouse were clean and folks are friendly. We rented a golf cart for the month and met all kinds of fun people while cruising the neighborhood. David was quick to respond when we had questions. This is a great location! The back porch even had a t.v. and we watched baseball games outdoors. We love it here! Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely home David.
