The Space:

Salt air and soft light set the pace as you step into a home designed for unhurried beach days and easy time together. Mornings move gently from balcony coffee to walks toward the shoreline, while evenings settle into poolside conversations or a quiet soak in the hot tub. With space to spread out and gather in equal measure, the rhythm here stays relaxed from start to finish.



The space

Set just seven homes from the sand, this three-level home spans more than 5,000 square feet and is arranged to comfortably host large groups. Private beach access means you can reach the shoreline without crossing any roads, keeping beach days simple and stress-free. The layout supports both shared moments and personal downtime, making it well suited for extended families or friends traveling together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 24 guests across eight bedrooms and three floors. Six king bedrooms are arranged as private suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two bunk rooms provide additional sleeping space, including one bunk suite with queen bunks and a separate queen bed. Bedrooms are distributed throughout the home to balance privacy with convenient access to common areas.



Living areas

Multiple living spaces give everyone room to settle in. Open gathering areas feature comfortable seating and TVs for casual downtime or movie nights. On the third floor, a dedicated game room offers a pool table, seating, and a TV, with access to a covered balcony that brings in Gulf breezes and a glimpse of the water.



Kitchen and dining

Two kitchens make group meals easy, whether you’re cooking together or dividing prep between floors. Each kitchen is set up for everyday cooking and casual dining, while an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill extends meals into the backyard. Dining areas nearby allow everyone to gather without crowding.



Outdoor living

The backyard centers around a pool and hot tub, creating a laid-back setting for afternoons outside or evenings under the stars. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May. Multiple balconies, a patio, and outdoor seating areas offer space to enjoy the coastal air throughout the day.



Comfort and amenities

Your stay includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. The home is pet-friendly and offers self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking is available on the property and along the street. Beach essentials are included for days by the water.



Location

From this Miramar Beach location, you’re within walking distance of nearby dining and shopping, with Silver Sands Premium Outlets close by. A 4-seater golf cart is available upon request for exploring the area at an easy pace.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
