1 kitchen area equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob 3 burners, filter coffee makers and Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine -
1 part bedroom with double bed for 2 people (140x190cm) and 1 sleeping area with 1 child’s bed (80x160cm) with duvets -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
WIFI. Private parking space. Electric heating. Heating package of 30€/week from October to May. Very good condition (maintenance and paintings). Furnished accommodation classified 3 stars for 2 people.
To be paid in addition upon your arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small dog allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc...).

Die Vermietung geschah über ein Immobilienbüro in Paris in ausschließlich französischer Sprache; der Prozess war sehr aufwendig (Verträge in franz. Sprache ausdrucken, ausfüllen, scannen); die Kosten waren ca. 30% höher als im Angebot(Versicherung, Reinigung, Wäsche, Gästebeitrag); die Wohnung hatte für die Belüftung nur 2 Terrassentüren, die sich direkt zum Hauseingang öffnen ließen, man saß quasi "auf dem Präsentiertelker"; die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit extrem viel Deko. Das Schlafzimmer ließ sich wegen der o.g. Gründe nur schlecht belüften und die Wäsche fühlte sich klamm an. Die "gemietete" Bettwäsche war hauchdünne Einmal-Bettwäsche, die kaum passte.

appartement sympa

appartement sympathique et bien équipé (harman kardon en enceinte BT). Par contre très sombre avec peu de fenêtres. Nous avons été dans l'obligation de mettre l'éclairage très régulièrement.

très bel appartement bien équipé avec goût, seul petit bémol il n'y a que deux portes fenêtres dans le salon/salle à manger.
