RUMANA 1- 6 pers - ALERIA
Located in the "Roman Capital of Corsica" in Aléria, the residence Rumana consists of 2 adjoining apartments with independent entrance and private outdoor space, all on a plot of 4000m² (not enclosed), quiet and only 450m from the shops of the village centre.
Only 3 minutes drive from the sandy beach of Padulone.
Descriptif: entrée sur séjour:
BZ sofa bed, flat screen TV, 6-seater dining room, equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer combo, washing machine, 4-ring hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner...
Bedroom 1: 140x190 bed, storage closet.
Bathroom: washbasin, shower, toilet.
N+1: bedroom 2: 2 beds in 90, desk, dresser, fan.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Semi-covered terrace: garden furniture, sun loungers, BBQ.
NB: 1 umbrella bed and 1 high chair available.
The deposit is 400€, to be paid in cash to the owner on arrival. It will be returned on departure upon inventory of fixtures.
Cleaning fee on the post
Linen not provided: optional on request.
Electricity included in the price: 56 kwh/week. Any excess will be billed to the tenant.
Visitor's tax payable on arrival in accordance with local rates.
