The closest place to the Fort Sill Visitor entrance, my spot is loved for its great people and on-site coin-operated laundry room. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, large groups, and pets. You’re welcome to use the laundry facilities during your stay.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Important Information:

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
For food deliveries, DoorDash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats will deliver to the property.

Sleeping Capacity:
The normal sleeping capacity is 2 guests, but we allow up to a maximum of 4 guests per reservation. An Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night applies for the 3rd and 4th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of $25 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Payment Policy:

Prepaid Cards are not accepted.
Cash is not accepted.
Additional verifications are required, including an ID that matches the Credit/Debit card.
Local Guest Policy:
Locals from Lawton, OK are subject to approval.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
