Chalet in the Ballon des Vosges natural park, between lakes and mountains

New chalet of 80 m² built to BBC standard (thermal insulation standard: Low Consumption Building), labeled 3 ears "Gites de France", ideally located between Gérardmer and the Alsace region, on the edge of a fir forest on a sunny south-facing hillside , not overlooked, beautiful open view, quiet but not isolated, interior "cozy" contemporary decoration, new furniture and equipment, with outdoor terrace, 3 bedrooms, 1 in ground floor, bathroom, 1 WC on each floor.

Ski stations :
- stations for beginners and intermediate skiers: Valtin (10 minutes) and Lac Blanc (15 minutes);
- ski resorts for all levels: La Bresse (25 minutes) and Gérardmer (20 minutes).

15 km from the Col du Bonhomme (Lac Blanc ski resort), 35 km from Kaysersberg (Alsace and wine route) and 45 km from Colmar.

Free and unlimited internet access - LED TV with satellite channels.
Baby equipment (free): folding bed, high chair, bath, protective barrier.
Private parking for two cars.
Access to the foot of the chalet by tarmac path, making access easy in all weathers.
All local shops and supermarkets in Anould (3 km) and Fraize (3km).
Deposit: 1/3 on booking.
The balance is due 21 days before the start of the rental.
EDF billed on consumption.
Electric heating by radiant convectors.
Optional cleaning fee 75€.

We’ve had a wonderful time in this chalet in this region of France. Very nice home away from home, especially if you like hiking and nature.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage! Und gute sowie geschmackvolle Ausstattung.Der Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer kann nicht genutzt werden, dafür heizen die Elektroheizkörper schnell und gut (der Strom hierfür ist extra zu bezahlen).

Keurig huisje

Keurig huisje, heel rustig gelegen. Goed ontvangen door de buurman. Voor winkels en restaurants wel altijd een eindje rijden. In plaats van elektrische radiatoren hoort in zo’n huis eigenlijk wel een echte houtkachel of open haard……

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Chalet entsprach genau den Fotos im Inserat, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Pascale hat alle meine Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet und für einen reibungslosen Checkin gesorgt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und ländlich, der Blick von der Terrasse ins Tal war bei jedem Wetter toll. In der näheren Umgebung (bis 1 Stunde Fahrzeit) gibt es unglaublich viel zu entdecken und besichtigen. Fazit: uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden auch wieder kommen. Danke Pascale für einen tollen Urlaub!

Escapade dans les Vosges

Chalet très joliment décoré et bien agencé, sentiment de bien-être dès l'entrée. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au calme (le soleil nous a accompagné) quel plaisir. Quelques randonnées dans le massif des Vosges nous ont permis de profiter de ces beaux panoramas.Il y a beaucoup d'autres activités à faire mais cela peut être lors d'un autre séjour... . Séjour très agréable.

Herrlich gelegenes Haus, komplett ausgestattet und alles in gutem Zustand. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in geringer Entfernung. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war hervorragend.

Tolles Holzhäuschen, gemütlich eingerichtet

Ruhiges kleines Tal, der sentier de roches war zwar eigentlich noch geschlossen, aber spektakulär vereist, einmalig! Schade, dass es keine Croissants in der Nàhe zu kaufen gibt. Das Holzhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber ausreichend. Die Wasserrohre sind anscheinend nicht schallgedämmt, aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

Dépaysant

Un havre de paix, une immersion totale dans la nature avec vue sur les Vosges magnifique. La forêt de Meurthe est un écrin de mousses et de cascades, de chalets en bois typiques, de belles routes aux environs vers xonrupt et gérardmer, bergerie, étangs, scierie, pas de neige cette année à Noël mais nous avons apprécié le soleil. Possible de faire ballades à pied derrière le chalet. Belle déco, chaleur moderne et confort pour toute la famille, à refaire en été je pense ! Et quand ce sera tout blanc aussi.
