High Pointe 3134 This ground-floor condo is conveniently located on the northwest side of High Pointe's lagoon-style pool, offering convenient access for a relaxing pool day. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!

The tropical décor and furnishings, coupled with views of the lush green landscape, make this condo a true paradise away from home. The gated community of High Pointe offers safety and seclusion for the entire family, as well as a convenient location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in the Seacrest Beach area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar, allowing everyone to visit while the chef of the group cooks a delicious recipe. Enjoy your dinners out on the patio as the last rays of light dip below the horizon.

This condo is situated in the perfect location for every kind of vacation. For the beach-goers, all the bases are covered, as you have beach access just outside your door. If you would like to venture out, take a scenic drive to quiet Carillon Beach or make a day of all the activities at Pier Park, including shopping, dining, and even concerts! Camp Creek Golf Club is a few miles away as well, so the golfers of the group can book a tee time and enjoy lush fairways and fast greens. Bike rentals are included with seasonal reservations (March through October), so pedal along the coast to find your own hidden gems with the whole group.

Perfect Vacation

We had the best time at Highpointe. Our condo was perfect, and we loved being on the first floor. The beach service was first rate, and the set up crew was so nice. The pool area was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Nice pool area and grounds. Beautiful beach. Loved that bikes were complimentary. Condo was nice but a bit outdated in terms of decor. Wlaking distance from lots of restraurants and shops and Rosemary Beach.

Great location!

The location of this condo is perfect! It is steps away from the pool, has a very nice outside patio and convenient to the beach. Our family had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities. The only downside we experienced was that the washing machine broke during our stay and water poured out of the wall and underneath the machine. We contacted Vacasa / maintenance but were left to clean up all of the water by ourselves and were never followed back up with on if the machine was fixed. Other than that, I would recommend this property!

Family getaway

The resort is convenient to the beach, eateries and entertainment that are all within walking distance. However, the condo that my family chose did not have clean linings and the main bed frame was broke. There was a mildew/mold discovered in the closet with the air handler/water that was painted over during our stay after reporting the issue with pictures to Vacasa. The maintenance crew did this while we were out after we asked them to address the issue after checkout.

Cleanliness of the unit was amazing. I feel I left it the same way with pulling sheets , washing towels,etc... I was so disappointed in the high pointe property. I have been going there 15 plus years and it’s been immaculate not this time. I went on Monday to complain about all the trash in the pool. I have never seen trash in that pool. I was disappointed I was not aware of construction on the building before I got there. I went to the office and they blamed booking thru vacation rental by owner. Have reservations for thanksgiving I am reconsidering. A dead crab out my unit for days. Yes, I could have moved it but it was behind the yellow tape we were forbidden to cross. Had to go out front walk around get to pool. Really wish I’d know that. I hope the owners do read this. I loved the unit go same time every year and would consider it again. Thanksgivings too soon to have property in order.

Needs cleaning and updating

We have stayed at High Pointe for 6 consecutive years in different units, we rent 2 units every time. We love High Pointe Resort! However, this unit was not up to High Pointe standards; it was dirty, in need of repair and the kitchen was very under stocked! There were cobwebs on ceiling in bedrooms and under the night stands, could tell it had not been fully cleaned, showers were dirty, floors needing mopping, something running down the front of the refrigerator, garbage disposal full of food, dirty towels shoved in hallway closet. Master bathroom bathtub was stopped up and the middle bathroom door handle kept falling off. This is a great location of a unit especially if you have little ones, but it needs serious cleaning and updating. Don’t plan to cook if you stay in this unit you won’t have adequate supplies. Resort Quest does have give nice extras like beach chairs, and bikes. We did complain and the repairs were fixed, temporarily. They did offer to send someone to clean but once you have unloaded all your stuff and the kids are sleeping etc, who wants to let a cleaning crew come in? We were very disappointed. This unit is for sale and needs lots of TLC!

The massive pool was broken the entire week. Happens off and on through the yr, total disapointment

There was zero urgency in fixing the massive pool that was down the entire week of Memorial Day. 8 days without a pool for a condo that advertises one and it renters pay for and expect....is inexcusable. Vacasa corporate was rude and the compensation offer was insulting. **The pool has had problems in the recent past and they have no system in place for troubleshooting. They only provided 2 arm bands for a family of 4 and the office was CLOSED when we went to request more. Our kids couldnt get in and out of the gate without us to go anywhere. Other guests were very upset as well. Our condo master shower had mold/mildew all around the bottom. We had no coffee pot for the first 3 days! There was no hairdryer eiither. The outlet on the porch didnt work. The internet glitched out during movies in the evenings and we continuously had to reboot. The local vacasa office was very apologetic and professional....but the corporate customer service was rude and did NOT FULFILL one tjing they promised over the phone. *We are still waiting to be compensated for the POOL not working 6 out 7 days of our vacation. A pool is advertised and was not provided. It was not an easy or peaceful experience renting from Vacasa. Lots of time on the phone with customer service, call backs for not following through, visits to the local vacasa office, and highly inconvenienced without a pool. It was by far the worst vacation we have ever had. I feel sorry for the local vacasa staff b/c they are working for a company that is TOO BIG and doesnt care if the renters have a pleasant experience at a local level.

Spring Break 2022

Our family vacationed at High Pointe for SB, and were very impressed with the condo. Was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. We’ve stayed at several other units before and the first thing we noticed about this one was how clean it was. The bed super comfortable. And ground level was ideal access to pool and beach. Check in was super easy and convenient with Vacasa. Will definitely want to stay in this unit in the future.

New Year's Trip

High Pointe was in a great location. The condo was clean, well apportioned, and comfortable. Overall, we had a great time. The only negative was that there was a dog in the unit above us, and the owners left it alone, so it barked a lot. Vacasa said there was nothing they could do since they didn't manage all the units on the property and suggested we call the police.

This property is a walking distance to shops/ restaurants in Rosemary and seacrest. The condo was very clean and spacious. Bike rental and beach chairs were extra wonderful! Easy check and out. We would definitely return again. Stop looking and book this property!!!

Can’t beat the convenience!

Loved the first floor, easy access to the pool & beach. Also loved the convenient walk across the street to restaurants, shopping & entertainment. We will definitely be back!! Only disappointment was that I brought supplies for a coffee pot, but the unit only had a Keurig and didn’t supply a couple of complimentary pods. Thankfully Starbucks was across the street until I could get to the grocery store.

Perfect location; great for families

We loved our stay in this unit. Perfect for a young family. We loved being on the ground floor and avoiding the elevators (especially during Covid). Access to the pool and beach from the unit is a great perk. The location of this resort is also ideal. Great Condo!
