Place was clean, in a great spot to get to beach, walking trails and Edgartown center. It was a quiet spot and the hosts were attentive and welcoming! Great stay!
My husband and I enjoyed our Pied-à-Terre very much. It was adorable, immaculate and well appointed. It was also centrally located, so we were able to see and spend time in many local hot spots! Leanne and Dan were such wonderful hosts who offered to assist in any way they could. We were also very fortunate, we got to see Leanne's magnificent Peonies in bloom!! We hope to return to this lovely island soon!
The entire process of booking and communicating with our hosts was seamless! They were extremely attentive, quickly answering any questions we had. They provided a very thoughtful welcome gift for our anniversary…so incredible to have champagne for us to celebrate!!! The home is exactly as described and has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation on the island. Very quick jaunt to Edgartown, and other areas of interest. I highly recommend booking this quaint property for your next vacation.
Great space for two people. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts very helpful and communicated quickly whenever we had questions. Location is convenient to Edgartown and to beach. Would definitely return here if coming to Martha's Vineyard.
We loved Leanne and Dan’s place, helped to make our week on the Vineyard just perfect. The VRBO description is modest; their place is a true gem. Leanne was a very helpful, responsive host. We’re looking forward to a return visit.
Perfect accommodations for the two of us. Huge deck to sit and drink coffee in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Great location with short proximity to Morning Glory Farms, beach, and Edgartown. Hosts were very nice and responsive.
Dan and Leanne were available by text immediately whenever we had a question. They were totally unobtrusive. We felt they had one mission- to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
I had a great time at the location. Leanne and her husband were super responsive to ALL my questions and really helpful. I had to adjust my checkin timing and they were very accommodating. The unit is just like the pictures - you could tell they take a lot of pride in hosting.
Everything just perfect about this place. Super clean, roomy, and well equipped for 2 people. Location also excellent for embarking on any island excursion. Leanne was a most gracious host and we felt the feeling of privacy at this location but she was always close by if we needed help or had a question. We would certainly come back and indeed look forward to it. Thanks again Leanne for a wonderful stay.
We had a fabulous stay at Leanne’s guesthouse. She provided everything we needed to be very comfortable and was so accommodating. This guest house is very, very clean and nicely decorated. And, it's just a short drive into Edgartown. We had a great time. Thank you, Leanne! You are a 5 star host!!
Terrific location and experience for professional couple
Hosts were wonderful. Let us borrow tennis rackets, for example. Lots of great small touches: welcome bottle of wine, milk, coffee in the room. It was a portable fan, two tables in the room, and many more conveniences. Would definitely stay there again. A couple even gave us flowers.
This property is a gem! Clean and comfortable. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed. The recommended bike rental company dropped off and pick up our bike rentals. The bed was very comfortable and excellent hot water. Close to Edgartown, bike paths and Morning Glory Farms
Since the moment I reserved our stay, Leanne was very welcoming and an excellent communicator. She shared great Vineyard recommendations to consider during our stay. The Pied-a-Terre itself was perfect for our stay - very clean, comfortable and cozy. We felt right at home right away. The area is very quiet and makes for great morning walks. It is minutes away from the Edgartown restaurants, shops and harbor. I will be sure to stay there again when visiting the Vineyard.
The property and room was even more perfect than the pictures show. The perfect place for a relaxing weekend away! We enjoyed using the spacious kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and the outside deck was the perfect place to sit and enjoy meals. The climate control system was another big plus for the hot summer nights. The place was very clean and spacious, and the host made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will be returning!
Everything about our week in MV was flawless. The property is spotless and perfect for couples with many useful amenities like a deck with gas grill, washer/drier, outdoor shower and private driveway/parking area. It is situated on a beautifully landscaped residential area a short drive or bike ride to Edgartown and nearby beaches. Our hosts Leanne and Dan were super friendly gave helpful suggestions and dining and other attractions on the island. Highly recommended!
The place was a perfect little hideaway which made it hard to leave after an all-too-brief stay. Leanne and Dan immediately made it easy for us to feel at home. They assisted us in coordinating all our travel logistics, and were incredibly generous with their time and suggestions for how to make the most of the area. The space was clean, bright, and beautiful, equipped with everything we could possibly need! The neighborhood was lovely and extremely convenient. Communication was perfect, and the personal welcoming touches were above and beyond! We highly recommend!
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this place! The property photos don't even capture its true charm and beauty. This apartment is incredibly spacious, elegantly renovated recently, and exudes a serene cleanliness that made it a true dream getaway. We had an incredible time here! Nestled in a peaceful residential area, it offered a wonderful escape from the city hustle, yet remained conveniently close to fantastic amenities like restaurants, coffee shops, and a superb grocery store. The hosts were simply fantastic - incredibly kind and always ready to assist. Having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Counting down the days until we can rebook this gem of a place!
We had a truly wonderful stay at this property and can’t recommend it enough. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt well designed. The bed was very comfortable with just the right number and size of pillows, and the shower had great hot water and strong water pressure. We also loved the touches like plenty of towels (including two beach towels), air conditioning, and a washer/dryer available on site. The space itself felt very private and secluded, even though it’s on the same property as the owner—we never saw them once during our stay. The little private deck and beautifully landscaped yard made it feel like a hidden retreat. The small kitchen was perfect for simple meals, and one rainy evening we ordered delicious Chinese takeout and enjoyed a cozy night in.The location was excellent for us. We didn’t have a car and instead rented bikes, which we could easily park in the garage. From there, we had easy access to Martha’s Vineyard’s amazing bike lane network. We biked into downtown Edgartown, out to Chappaquiddick, and over to Katama Beach with no trouble at all. Just down the road, there’s also a wonderful farm market where we picked up some groceries and the most amazing chocolate chip cookies!
