Located on the famous private white sandy beach of Cupecoy, this stylish condo at Cupecoy Beach Club boasts panoramic ocean views. Home to the nicest beaches, boutique shopping and some of the Caribbean’s finest restaurants, the island of St. Maarten is a pure tropical paradise, known for attracting affluent travelers from around the world.

Soak in the sun on one of the 3 private terrace overlooking the beach on a comfy lounge chair. Go for a swim in the ocean and cool down at the pool. Have a walk between the several palm trees and lush vegetation in the private garden.

This comfortable condo features warm neutral tones and plenty of natural sunlight. The open-concept living room includes two comfortable sofa next to the cozy kitchen. It’s fully equipped with all the appliances you need and includes a breakfast bar. There are also an indoor and outdoor dining table.

The condo’s three bedrooms will comfortably sleep up to eight guests, making it an ideal getaway for three couples or for a large family with children. Two of the three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, and one feature 2 Queen size bed; but the all the bedrooms gets air conditioning, private en-suite bathrooms with showers and ceiling fans.

While staying here, you’ll have easy access to the secluded beach of Cupecoy. Swim or soak up some sun on the beach. You can also visit the many restaurants across the street and let yourself be seduce by a casino night. A 2-minute drive brings you to Maho, that offers boutique shopping, a range of restaurants and plenty of nightlife options.

It is a 1st and 2nd floor unit, there are about 20 stairs to access to the property entrance, consequently it is not wheelchair accessible.

Fabulous space and location. Loved watching and listening to the waves while drinking my morning coffee and watching the sunset every night from the balcony! A few beaches, many great restaurants, and grocery store were all within walking distance, including Maho Beach to watch the planes come in. Stacey was quick to respond to questions. Friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This was by far the best stay, I have ever had! The house is perfect, the service is excellent, and the fact that we could be on the island and walk right down our back stairs to a private beach, blew our minds! I will be back to this property again and again!!

The room was just as pictured, but there was even more space than anticipated. The views were absolutely stunning and I wish I could go back to having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by John or Stacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but the blender didn't work and needs to be replaced. I appreciated that the room included a few beach towels and chairs.

Amazing Villa !!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa for four days. It was spotless and beautiful ,perfectly situated between two beaches The kitchen was fully equipped. There were also beach chairs , beach towels, masks and snorkels , cooler and sand toys for our use. We enjoyed sunset cocktails and morning coffee on the spacious decks .( there are four decks, 3 over looking the ocean). There are several restaurants within walking distance . We also enjoyed the community pool after a day of touring . . I would highly recommend this villa , the pictures don’t do it justice.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cupecoy Beach Club. The condo was very spacious, immaculate, and the view was incredible. We particularly enjoyed access to the beach from the stairs right by the unit. We snorkeled everyday right from the beach. Best snorkeling we found on the island was right there! John was very responsive and welcoming as our host. We hope to get back there again!

Great Views

Really great week at the Cupecoy Beach Cub for our family. Our host Stacey was very helpful and the condo was exactly as listed and well stocked with kitchen items, bath supplies, and chairs/toys/etc. for the beach. Our favorite part was the multiple balconies right on the ocean with great views of the sunset (and airplane arrivals). One note for really young children - there is a ledge from the dining area to the living room and the stairs can be a bit tricky in that area - our 3 year old navigated it just fine though.The beaches and pool were great - there are stairs only steps from the condo down to a beach area. We spent most of our beach time over at Mullet beach though where there were bars/restaurants/beach chairs for rent and the water was calmer in the bay - less than a 10 minute walk from the condo. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store a short walk away as well. Would definitely recommend.

Spectacular location!!

This is really a beautiful property! It is ultra modern and clean with very spacious bedrooms, each having their own private bathroom. Sitting on the porch overlooking the Caribbean with a cocktail is the best part of the day. The location near the Maho Shopping area, and the Porto Cupecoy area was great. There are quite a few restaurants at both of those locations. I decided to extend my stay by four days but I had to switch to a different location and it’s so disappointing after being in this beautiful ocean front property.!

Amazing stay on an mazing island

Condo was great and as advertised in pictures. Lots of space for young family. Clean. 4 balconies, 3 of which with amazing ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Niuce pool area with a nice little poolside restaurant/bar. But the real appeal is the gorgeous beach which is exclusive to the property and the building next door. Most days there was no one on the beach except for us and felt like we had our own private paradise. Beach is literally steps away from the condo. John and Stacey were amazing property managers who were very responsive and helpful. A+ holiday.

Great place to stay!!

This place is great and we have already suggested it to friends. The location is perfect. Literally steps from the private beach. The onsite pool has a swim up bar serving food and drinks. Whether at the private beach or at one of the many other beaches on the island, we always stopped by the pool to cool off before dinner. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a casino across the street. More restaurants, bars and beaches are a short drive away. The unit was clean and well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances. The cleaner came by mid-week which was a pleasant surprise. We had one issue pop up and John was prompt to respond. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Great time and a great place to stay!!

Communication was great. The property manager Stacey was available and responsive when we had questions. Very clean and smelled great. They thought of everything, beach towels, makeup towels, beach chairs and ample bath towels (women used a lot of them). Full kitchen with everything you need including two different kinds of coffee pots! They even had aluminum foil and zip lock baggies. Full washer and dryer and they made us welcome to some of the products they had. There was more than enough space for 6 people, even around the dinner table. There were two items of note: the locking of the front door. Gotta use your shoulder. Not sure if it's due to the climate but it's a bit rough. One of the toilets didn't have a seat, which we didn't realize initially. There were 3 full and one half baths so it really wasn't a huge deal. Overall, this is definitely a place I'd stay in again. We were lucky to find a place so nice that offered so much! It looks just like the pictures. We felt safe and comfortable.

Wonderful accommodations

Our family of 5 adults and an infant had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views were amazing as you entered & from all 3 oceanview balconies. Definitely had a wow factor when you walked in! It was also very comfortable since each bedroom had an ensuite bath and since the bedrooms were not next to each other, felt very private. The place was spotless and the cleaning halfway through our stay, (which we were not aware of), was an added bonus! Furnishings and artwork looked high-end, downstairs bathrooms were beautifully done. Stacey the concierge was quick to reply to any questions about recommendations etc. John was nice enough to drop off a new high chair for the baby! Cupecoy Beach was quite narrow, especially when the tide was high so we walked to Mullet most days - it was an easy 10 min walk. We enjoyed lunch on our last day at the swim-up bar in the pool. We enjoyed lunch on our last day at the swim-up bar in the pool. Would highly recommend this unit!

Very nice unit and location

The unit was as advertised and we would stay there again. My only 2 complaints were all the beds were made up with sheets and a thin blanket. I found myself cold and searched the unit for an extra blanket which was nowhere to be found, thus ended up sleeping with a towel over myself the whole week. There should have been extra blankets in each room. Secondly the bath towel were all mismatched, stained, frayed and obviously quite old. For the price of the unit new white towels should be purchased. I think both the extra blankets and new towels were below standard and should be updated ASAP.
