The property was welcome into it and the hot tub was hot but we chose that property over another property because of the Foosball table and the swing and the kids stuff and the Foosball table didn't work and the chairs around the fire were so nasty we couldn't sit in them... Other than that we enjoyed the stay
The host was very responsive to all my questions. The cabin is very well stocked with everything (and more) needed. Impressed there was a crockpot and instapot on site. Cabin was very clean and exactly as pictured. Looking forward to booking again.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Y knot. Easy check-in. The cabin is quite secluded, and my kids had plenty areas to explore outside. We had so much fun painting the rocks and enjoying others creations! Core memories were formed for sure!
Needs up keep. We have stayed here before so we were alittle disappointed.

The cabin and hot tub had not been cleaned when we arrived. The beds had fresh linens it appeared but the floors were dirty. The dishes in the cabinet had been put away dirty. I sent a message to the property managers and never heard back from them. The cabin was actually perfect for us so we stayed but the managers need to firstly, respond when they are sent a message. Secondly, make sure that your cleaning staff is doing a decent job before guests arrive. I’ve never stayed where I had to clean the cabin before we could stay in it. The hot tub had OBVIOUSLY not been cleaned since the last guests. It was really gross.
Y-Knot is a WONDERFUL cabin! It is so spacious and the beds and couches are super comfy. We brought in groceries and cooked in and had everything wee needed for every meal. Everything outside was very quiet and peaceful. We will be booking again.

Not a real great stay. The front door keypad did not work to lock the door, you had to go out the door without the keypad to ensure the place was locked. There was no shampoo-first time I have ever been in a VRBO without it.The hot water had a TERRIBLE sulfer type smell, I didn't even shower one day because I couldn't stand the smell. The outside furniture had not been dusted off in what appeared to be awhile and the foosball table was really filty. No checkout instructions, so we hope we did what is required.Entire cabin could use some TLC.
The property was cute and we had everything we needed. The grill and outdoor furniture need to be updated.

Pictures do not do justice to this cabin!! It is beautiful and much bigger than I expected. Perfectly accommodated my family with 2 kids. Check in was super easy, everything done through email. Host thought of everything we could possibly need while there, including a stroller for my baby and play pen. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Loved it!
The cabin was so cute, just like the pictures! The hot tub wasn’t working which was a bummer, but the owner did come out to take a look at it. We couldn’t get the firewood they delivered to burn for us. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and had an easy time communicating with the owners 👍🏼
The pictures do not do this property justice! It is beautiful and more updated than we thought it would be! Great location as you’re smack dab between Hochatown and broken bow. The only issue we had was the missing platform leading up to the stairs and grill. This created a massive clay mud pit that we constantly had to keep kids out of as to not destroy the house with thick mud. It also made the stairs very unsafe to use coming back down. The missing grill created a separate hole that my toddler fell in and busted his knee up. We assume it is being fixed because we saw the new wood. So I’m sure it will be perfect for the next guest!

Cabin is nice, description needs updated
Let me start by saying, the location is great, and the cabin itself is nice. However...
The cabin was not cleaned. We found a rotten half carrot under the couch cushion. Two of the dining chair legs were broken. Thankfully, we recognized this before our kids sat in them and crashed to the floor. The dishwasher was broken. We did not know this, and when we tried doing a load of dishes, the water all leaked out onto the kitchen floor.
Now for the amenities. We chose this cabin because of all the amenities provided on the listing. Half were not available....
-Tetherball was only a poll.
-Foosball table is missing a grip, as well as one of the men broken off.
-Only two chairs available around the fire pit.
-No working grills on site. The charcoal grill was broken off, and the gas grill was so rusted and broken, it's unusable.
-The hot tub was disgusting. Add it to the list of items not cleaned.
We will definitely be back to Broken Bow, but not at this cabin.
My family of 4 just stayed at this cabin and we enjoyed ourselves. It was a good location, in a nice neighborhood and had a big plot of land around it. My girls loved painting the rocks, playing in the woods and on the tire swing. The house is good but is nowhere near a luxury cabin. The bathroom bathtubs need to be cleaned, all the dishes had residue on them and had to be washed before using and the hottub water looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Very murky. A lot of the furniture is very old and had stains and several appliances were in need of repair. While this is a good house for our time in Broken Bow, we would rate this house a B. Not the best but not the worst. I do not think we would revisit but still enjoyed our time.
Hot tub water was dirty and smelled fishy/dirty. Yes, there is foosball but it is outside and therefore very dirty, and also missing one of the grips. The tabletop on it is warped from being outside. The horseshoes are missing one and one of the bars is bent. There are only 2 chairs at the fire pit. Cushions on the chairs by the hot tub are grungy and go completely flat when you sit on them. We had to wash all dishes and silverware before using them because they looked dirty. Every single bowl has a big chip on it. There is no foil, Saran Wrap or bowls with covers. No coffee. There was just a tiny bit of salt and pepper. Be sure to bring exactly what you need. Coffee pot takes 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Ice maker doesn’t work..just makes a large block of ice. Appliances appear to be very old and need to be replaced. The built in microwave doesn’t work. There is another microwave on the counter. Why not repair/replace the built in microwave? We used the oven and the temperature is off. It took a lot longer than it should have to bake monkey bread. There’s a steady drip of water from shower in front bathroom. And, that shower floor looks nasty. I wore my flip flops to shower because I didn’t know if it was dirty or just worn from use. That bathroom door doesn’t open all the way because the washer and dryer is behind it blocking it to open up. There’s a chip on the small round toilet seat. Outside is a beautiful wrap around porch but everything is so dirty. Needs to be washed off and blown. It’s just not taken care of. There’s a big stump in the driveway that needs to be ground out. If you pull up at night and didn’t know it was there, you would hit it. There are so many things that could be done to make this a nice cabin that I feel it once was. We would not choose to stay at this one again.
