A cozy, well-appointed Miami Beach home

We stayed at Sheila's home for a week in April while we attended a few events in town. The property is a short walk from the beach and Ocean Dr, but just tucked away enough to be able to retreat for some peace and quiet. The home has the history and character of an actual lived-in space, and with it comes the attention to detail that makes your stay frictionless. You'll find that it's well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The common rooms and outdoor areas are spacious enough for all of your guests to socialize. And most importantly, the place was extremely clean!

I am only the 3rd owner of this architectural 1924 gem of a property. I have put my heart and soul into renovating this home, while maintaining the architectural integrity of the architect, Victor Nellenbogen, who specialized in Mediterranean Revival. I only hope you could and would appreciate the details that have gone. I actually kept the original 1924 kitchen and repurposed it somewhere else (surprise).

Why they chose this property

My property hand over fist is one of the best locations in Miami Beach. I am on the cusp of South Beach yet nice quiet residential neighborhood, yet walking distance to the action, shopping, beach, convention center. Best of Both Worlds!

What makes this property unique

My home is a charming 1924 Spanish revival home. I have kept some of the original features which were what inspired me to purchase the home, but I have added and remodeled those necessary areas to make the home contemporary and fit for todays needs. The added bonus is the carriage house which I have now made a cottage guest home complete with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, I recently added a hot tub for 7 people and an outdoor TV. Great BBQ outdoor lifestyle if you want, or stay in doors and enjoy my comfortable home.
