The property completed a full interior and exterior renovation in December of 2022. Beachview Retreat has been decorated with a coastal theme throughout the home. The main floor houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 11 guests. On the top floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. Take in the beautiful gulf views from the upper balcony while you enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful AMI sunsets. The property is easily accessible by all with an elevator that accesses all three levels of the property. The open concept living area provides plenty of space for your entire group! Beachview Retreat offers an abundance of space to take in the beautiful Florida weather with large balconies on the main and upper floors. The ground level outdoor space includes outdoor dining with a TV, lounge seating, a ping pong table, and a propane grill. Easily walk or ride bikes to Pine Avenue for plenty of shopping and delicious eats! Enjoy use of the FREE Anna Maria Trolley with stops located within a 3 minute walk of your front door!

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
