About this property
High standing apartment for rent Yaoundé Cameroon
I rent a superb renovated apartment in the heart of the city of Yaoundé cis in the Madagascar district 15 'from downtown Kennedy Avenue 15' from the Lake, 15 'from the Tsinga convention center ...
2 steps from 2 big mythical markets of Yaoundé (Mokolo and Madagascar);
In front of a large 4-lane boulevard that leads directly to the city center (the capitol)
The assets are the calm in the apartment, the freshness of the air conditioning, the appeasement, the balcony with a superb panoramic view, the cable TV, the secure porticoes, 2 guards at the bottom of the building 24/24, a Cyber , a regular service from the NOKA hotel (partner), 2 renovated bathrooms, renovated kitchen ...
the price is quite attractive (almost 40 euros per night).
2 contacts:
(Albert Noka Hotel Yaoundé 695795969 or 651584002)
