About this property

Majestic recreational Lodging w/ Snowmobile and Side x Side rentals on Long Lake

We are a rustic lodge with modern amenities and a high level of customer service sitting on Long Lake in Sinclair Maine. We have large comfortable and clean rental suites with full kitchens, living rooms, shower/tub, Cable TV/High speed WIFI, w/ 4 queen beds per suite. Max occupancy for each suite is 6.

Our location is ideal for snowmobiling, ATVing, snow shoeing, hunting, fishing, boating, relaxing, animal watching, and all other outdoor recreational activities. We are located right on the ITS trail system for both snowmobiling and ATVing. There is a general store/diner across the street from the lodge for immediate fuel and food, and others within a few miles for your more significant needs. We are just a short distance from the famous Lakeview restaurant in St Agatha, as well as many others in the surrounding towns of Caribou, Fort Kent, and Madawaska. All of them are accessible by ATV or snowmobile from the lodge.

All suites are based off of a 2-person occupancy. Each additional person above 2 will be an additional $25/person per night. Children under the age of 10 will be no charge. Children 11 and older will be considered an adult for occupancy purposes. Please note that there is a maximum of 6 persons allowed in each suite when making your reservations.

We have Snowmobiles, Side-by-Sides, pedal boats, paddle boards, and fishing kayaks available to rent on site. There is a 10% discount on rentals if you are staying at the lodge.

Overall this place is excellent. The owners are quick to help you get settled in with a big set of stairs to get to the unit. For us old guys those stairs are work but all else’s was perfect.

A week at the Lake

Jason and Taffy have an amazing lodge on the Sinclair side of Long Lake. They were great hosts. They helped us unpack and move into our space, gave us an overview of the local area, explained the amenities and made us feel welcome from the start. They bought us BBQ chicken tickets from the local church, whice we enjoyed immensely. They made camp fires every night, which they set up by themselves and hung out with everyone by the fire. The place was extremely clean and pleasant both inside and outside. They had various outdoor areas where you could go for some quiet time but also had kayaks, small paddle boats, and a great deck with chairs that were available to all guests. We didn't know what to expect when we got there, but were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the lodge and especially thier hospitality. We plan on going back with our friends to kick back and relax. Although we did not take advantage of boats or the ATV experience they offer, we highly recommend the Lodge/Lakeside Rentals to anyone interested in ATVs, snowmobiles or just kicking back and enjoying northern Maine. We hope to enjoy more of the amenities on our next trip. Thanks Jason and Taffy for a great stay.

Beautiful location and friendly hosts

Beautiful spot and well cared for grounds. Boats were available for rent which we used. Hosts made a fire available in the fire pit each night which was nice. Very friendly and helpful about local area information. No formal mask policy when in the office which was a little worrisome, but mostly we were outdoors or in our unit so social distancing was easy to maintain.

The stay was great! Very clean. Jason and Taffy were awesome! They were very friendly and even went out of their way to do fireworks for my children. Definitely recommend! We will probably be back next year!
