petit appartement avec loggia couverte avec vue superbe sur la mer

Appartement vieillissant mais refait partiellement (peinture refaite, belle douche a l'iltalienne) Baie vitrée avec fermeture cassée, la nuit et quand on s'en va on est obligé de baisser le store en plastique très vieillissant et sale et très dur à descendre. Il est indiqué micro onde + four = faux il n'y a aucun four . De plus le micro onde se trouve sur le frigo à 1.80m de hauteur, très dangereux pour prendre un aliment réchauffé surtout si il s'agit d'un liquide. la plaque à induction n'a que 2 feux, deux poeles ne tiennent pas dessus. Le canapé à disposition est d'un autre âge, quand on s'assoit dessus on sent toutes les barres métalliques (il s'agit d'un convertible (très inconfortables) Au premier étage 2 chambres mansardées : un pour les parents avec un grand lit, une autre petite chambre avec un lit d'une personne ou on peut mettre un autre matelas a coté . On peut a peine se mettre debout quant aux 2ème lit il faut y aller à 4 quatre pattes. A utiliser uniquement pour des petits enfants Les deux chambres ont deux velux qui sont tellement vieux que les vitres sont presque opaques, dommage car il y a une belle vue. Sinon la région est superbe, on a passé 5 jours. Bel accueil du service de conciergerie, mais si je trouve que la location des draps est cher 15 euros pour un lit et les serviettes de toilette 9 euros par personne. L'annonce supervalorise l'appartement et indique des équipements qui n'existent pas.
