About this property

One bedroom duplex, located just outside a small West Michigan village, adjacent to a park, and near a stocked, 150 acre lake. Our fenced in yard includes a fire pit and patio for grilling. The Village of Sparta is just a couple miles away and hosts a selection of family owned restaurants, and downtown Grand Rapids is within easy driving distance. The public boat launch and dock are about a mile away. The space is 750sqrft with an open floor plan. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig, oven, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Other amenities include propane grill, fire-pit, full laundry, Wi-Fi, 44" HD TV with Roku. Window and Portable AC units installed during summer months. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and queen-sized pullout couch, a Pack n' Play can be provided upon request for children under 2.
There is room to park your water toys, and the public boat launch and dock are about a mile away.

Allies place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and right next to a place to get food and snacks. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute, clean, convenient

We loved the home. Just a couple miles from Sparta, but next door to a convenience store. The hosts go out of their way to see that you have everything you need. The home is clean and well decorated. We would choose to stay here again.

Great Little Get-away

A cozy, quiet little place with a nice little fenced-in yard. We loved to be able to walk to the nearby park/playground as well as along the residential road along the lake.
