Just 15 minutes by boat from Raiatea airport and 45 minutes by plane from Tahiti, welcome to the island of Tahaa, also called the Vanilla Island! Still authentic and unspoiled, this island offers a unique Polynesian experience, filled with tranquility. An isolated island where time seems to have stopped, discover the charms and rhythm of local life.



The Villa is ideally situated along a white sand beach, right in front of the natural coral reef of West Island.

It offers breathtaking snorkeling on an entirely private 6-hectare (12-acre) property.

At the heart of this private and secluded property, this elegant accommodation will offer you both marine wonders and a lush, verdant tropical landscape. The maintained grounds offer tranquility and seclusion; nothing but for you.

This house is composed of 3 modules connected by a water-facing terrace. The terrace area is a lounge and outdoor dining area, naturally ventilated by the sea breeze; it will quickly become your favorite spot to relax, gather with family or friends for dinner or drinks, while admiring the beauty of the lagoon.

The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom includes 2 additional single beds and a second bathroom is available to guests.

The modern and very well-equipped American kitchen and bar will be at your disposal to prepare your meals. The comfortable, spacious and bright living room offers a TV corner to discover French and Polynesian programs. Wi-Fi, of course, is standard.

As beautiful and comfortable as the house is, the property is the true star (after the water). The immense private beach invites you to swim, relax, kayak (at your disposal) and sunbathe. You can walk, stroll or jog along the half-mile park-like grassy path, carefully maintained, across the 12 acres (6 hectares) of wonderful verdant grounds, entirely exclusive and completely private, protected by two locked gates. A deep-water dock at the end of the property offers a closed natural pool that is perfect for diving (kids love it!). Large open grassy areas offer countless hours of land games when everyone needs to dry off for a bit.

Bring your masks and snorkels to explore marine life; a superb deep-water underwater exploration awaits you, extending 500 meters (1,800 feet) from one dock to the other. All yours and yours alone. After a snorkeling session, enjoy a sunset cocktail on the beach, with views of Bora Bora and Raiatea.

The Raiatea shuttle makes a daily round trip to Raiatea, just a 10-minute walk away via the village of Poutoru.

A private water taxi crossing to Raiatea can be arranged upon request, as can the rental of a vehicle for carefree vacations.



For experienced surfers, the only surf spot in TAHAA, the PLEI PLEI spot, is located in front of the villa and is quickly accessible by boat.
