Apartment with Ocean View, Swimming Pool

A true haven of peace, ideal for a couple.
The apartment consists of:
- a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (which converts into a full-size double bed, 160x200, if needed)
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet
- a bedroom with two 80x200 beds (can be configured as a 160x200 double bed)
- a private terrace with a table and ocean view
- a private garden with lounge chairs
- 2 private parking spaces
It is located inside our house. It is therefore attached to our house and to the other apartment available for rent on the property but is completely independent (separate entrance and garden)

You have access to the pool (10 m x 5 m), with a 6 m² sun deck, set in the middle of a 4,000 m² lot (2,500 m² accessible).
Access to the pool is shared with the other tenants (the property consists of two adjoining apartments and our house) and the owners.
We will reserve certain hours during the day for access to the pool.
A herb garden is entirely dedicated to your use, complete with two lounge chairs.

It offers a view of the sea, where you can admire magnificent sunsets.
Nestled among the vineyards, between the sea and the hills, it is located 4 km from Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques Beach, 4 km from the village of La Cadière-d’Azur, and 15 minutes from the Calanques (Port d’Alon, etc.) as well as the coastal resort towns (Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, etc.)
There are many tourist villages nearby (Le Castellet, La Ciotat, etc.), and for wine lovers, numerous vineyards are located in the surrounding area, between 2 and 5 kilometres away. Ideal for a couple, families are also welcome (a travel cot and high chair will be provided upon request).
We designed this home to be a haven of peace and well-being.
Since the home is new, the garden is currently being landscaped. The plants have been set out, and in a few years it will be lush. We’ve made sure the pool and its surroundings are ready and inviting for your holiday.

We’re discreet but available to chat and recommend the region’s most beautiful spots if needed.
We provide everything you need to ensure a smooth arrival (bed linens, bath towels, basic kitchen supplies, etc.).
