Villa with garden, bike, garage near sea and shops

Totally renovated, air-conditioned villa, located in Saint Cyprien beach in one of the sunniest regions of France, close to the sea and shops.
In a quiet residence, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. A garage converted into a laundry room with a private parking space in front. A car does not fit in the garage.
It consists on the ground floor of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom for 2 people, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet and a garage converted into a laundry room with the washing machine.
The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher.
On the 1st floor there is a spacious bedroom with 3 beds for 3 people on the high mezzanine.
Blankets, duvets and pillows are available for the 5 beds.
All the equipment for a baby: cot with mattress, booster seat, bathtub, changing mat.
Outside, a terrace at the front (mulberry plane tree) and a private garden with trees and enclosed at the back (olive tree and oleander) with a barbecue. The garage contains an adult bicycle made available free of charge during the stay.
All trips can be done on foot or by bike. By bike, the sea is less than 5 minutes away.
Perpignan and the Spanish border are less than 20 km away.
All sanitary measures will be respected (disinfection between each rental, cleaning products available in the villa, change of mattress pads, wearing a mask and glove to receive you).
During the summer you will enjoy the sandy beaches and the third largest marina in the Mediterranean. Less than 15 minutes away there are many small picturesque coastal towns Banyuls, Collioure, Port Vendre with personal walks in the surrounding hills and countryside that will enchant even the most seasoned walkers and cyclists. To immerse yourself in the heart of Africa, Sigean with its zoo will welcome you warmly. Scuba divers will enjoy diving in the reserve, among the many groupers.
You will be welcomed on site by the company L'intendance: Conciergerie de la côte radieuse. They will be able to offer you many services to make your stay even more pleasant (collection of your groceries, babysitting, beauty treatments, organisation of activities at preferential prices...)
Finally, children will be able to taste the sensations of the Aqualand's large slides.
Everyone will be able to find their pleasure.
We offer the optional provision of bed linen and towels for 25€ per person and the end-of-stay cleaning package for 70 €.
