Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
Close to all amenities.

To visit: Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, Santa Maria and Leuca...

⚠️ Being upstairs without a lift, the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Small pets allowed.

Beyond 4 guests: 15/day/traveller (payable by bank transfer before arrival, it will be necessary to take a mattress or other because the apartment has only 4 beds).

Perfetto!

Casa bella, nuova e dotata di tutto ció che serve ( terrazza comoda e spaziosa). La casa è Situata in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere tutte le località della zona. Proprietario di casa disponibile e cordiale. Vicino c è sia il supermercato che il bar/ pasticceria per colazioni top. Consiglio!!
