About this property

Beautiful Coop Cottage overlooking vineyards. Three minutes from downtown!

Coop Cottage is perfect for six guests who want to stay on a sweet 15-acre vineyard in a prime location near wineries and restaurants. Coop is just 1.5 miles from Healdsburg Plaza...3-minutes in the car or walk it in 20-minutes. Incredible location, great value and gated privacy in a fresh farmhouse overlooking estate vineyards. The view from the hot tub is perfect.

Ru's Farm is a wedding site and we typically host weddings on weekends from 3pm-9pm May through November.

The Coop Cottage has 2 king bedrooms with organic Coyochi bedding, each with their own beautifully designed bathrooms with rain head showers. There is also a cozy (tiny) third bedroom with a queen bed and half bath.

Fully-equipped kitchen & gas grill so you can dine in. Enjoy meals on the deck and watch the sunset on the vineyards or linger in a relaxing hot tub and soak under a blanket of stars. Interested in bringing a chef in? Ask Lele

Healdsburg is a friendly small town. There are many local wineries just .5 miles away, as is the Russian River and canoe rentals to add to your adventures. Truly the wine country experience. We always remind guests to make reservations for wineries and eateries ahead of time.

Please note quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
We are a working farm with trucks and tractors in our vineyards throughout the year.
We have landscape maintenance on Wednesdays and Fridays 9am - 3pm.

The Coop Cottage was the perfect place to stay during the weekend we got married at Ru's Farm! The space is beautiful and provided a great home base for the girls to get ready and chill (also - the deck and jacuzzi and view of the vineyard...just WOW). The location is PERFECT - far enough away from things to have some peace and quiet but a literal 5 minute drive from downtown. Highly recommend!!

Perfect wedding cottage!

We rented this property for our wedding weekend and I couldn’t be happier that we were able to stay so close to where we were getting married! Staying at the cottage made it easy to go back back-and-forth as well as have have a place to get ready with the women of the wedding in the morning of the wedding! This and Ru’s farm are such special venues, and I can’t wait to come back here for our anniversary!

Location is everything -- we are 1 1/2 miles from Healdsburg Plaza. Guests enjoy nearby wineries, Healdsburg plaza, great restaurants, canoeing down the river, golfing, and near perfect weather. Guests are invited to walk through the estate private vineyards.

Staying in a private home with friends or family gives you privacy and togetherness that can't be found in hotels or B&Bs filled with other people. Many guests become regulars and stay here again and again. Healdsburg is a wonderful town that has a special place in the hearts of so many people.

Our property is a wedding site and we typically host weddings on Saturday's from 3pm-9pm May through November.
