Beautiful 2nd Row Beach House - Calendar available for Summer 2026

**ALL INCLUSIVE RATES (weekly rate) includes Departure Cleaning, Linen package (see below), Maintained Gas Grill and use of Beach Chairs/Beach Umbrellas.

**LINENS INCLUDED WITH EACH RENTAL WEEK (Sheet sets for 1 king and 6 queen beds, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats are provided for each of the 4 bathrooms. (All beds are made upon arrival and towels are set up in each bathroom).**

Please note that pool/beach towels are not provided.

RENTS SATURDAY (check in at 4 pm) TO SATURDAY (check out at 10 am)

Property Features: Sunny Side Up is 2nd row beach house located across the street and steps to the sand and ocean. Enjoy the private swimming pool (13’ x 19’) or relax on one of the three decks. The master bedroom has its own private sundeck. Amenities in this house include a TV with cable in each bedroom, a 70 inch wall mounted Smart TV in the living area and an additional TV in the sitting area located on the second floor for gaming. There is hi-speed internet. Ceramic tile floors throughout the living areas and all 5 bedrooms. The house is very well kept, spacious and comfortable. We continue to make improvements every year. New in 2025 The exterior of the house has been painted. In the past few years the interior has been has been re-painted, along with new wall treatments and some new furniture pieces. (New handrails and carpeting on the stairs). Beverage center with beverage refrigerator, recycle bins and extra storage added to living area.

Private Pool and outdoor shower. (There is no pool heater - it is not needed as pool gets sun until 5 pm through the summer).

The house is located directly across the street from the beach (and beach access). It is an 8 block walk to Surfside Boulevard restaurants and Surfside Pier and a short drive to the Garden City Pier.

The house is approximately a 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach attractions and a 15 minute drive to Murrel's Inlet Marshwalk.

There are tons of golf courses in the area and surrounding areas.

Please note that a Rental Agreement must be completed and returned to owner prior to arrival along with your photo ID. (See Sample Rental Agreement herein - once you book, a customized agreement for your week will be emailed to you and must be returned to owner in advance of arrival).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Only 4 to 5 cars can be parked on property. Parking on grass is not allowed.
Rental Agreement will be sent once property is booked & must be returned before arrival (usually a few months in advance) with photo ID

Family Vacation- Celebration of 50th Anniversary

Great location- great space for a family. We came to SunnySide Up for our parents' 50th anniversary and had four separate families in this house. Great location and spacious house! Would definitely stay again for sure.

Took our annual family vacation to this spot in Surfside beach and it did not disappoint. Check in process was smooth and Dorothy was more than accommodating to our needs. We absolutely loved this house - it was a perfect layout and size for the two of us, our grown children and 4 grandchildren. Kitchen was very well stocked, pool was a fabulous plus for afternoon swims, and the location was great - right across from beach access. We will definitely remember this house for next year.

This house is in the perfect location. Easy walk to beach or hang out in the pool. Short drive to murrell’s inlet and the Broadway. Great time with the family.

House is in an excellent location for the beach with a path right across the street. The kids had so much fun in the waves and sand. The beach is also clean with minimal to no seaweed. The house is well furnished and had plenty of room for the 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). The kids thought the pool was a little on the cool side, but with the beach so close they preferred to go there and the water was warm. Beds were a little on the firm side for me, but others in the group had no issue, so that's really more about personal preference. Overall, nice house in an amazing location.

We loved this location and property! Clean, great layout, (the main floor bedroom was perfect for the family of early risers) decor was awesome, pool was great. Everything including the host, Dorothy, was amazing. First time we have been to the Surfside area but will not be our last! Would definitely stay here again too

Very well appointed, nicely decorated, and comfortable beach house, Kids 7 to 12 and all adults enjoyed the pool and common areas of the house. TVS in all bedrooms perfect for retreating and enjoying alone time.

Our family has been coming down to the area for over 20 years. We live in New York and look forward to one day retiring to the Myrtle Beach/Surfside area.

Why they chose this property

This property is our home away from home, our "Happy Place". It is great for multi-generation family vacations. Surfside Beach has been called the "family beach". It is conveniently located across the street from the beach. You can walk a few blocks to the Surfside pier (pier is under construction in 2021) and restaurants - or - a short drive to Garden City and Murrells Inlet restaurants. The heart of Myrtle Beach is a 15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property for its location to the beach and the overall feel of the area. The house offers all the comforts of home in a vacation setting. We continue to update and add improvements every year.
