A charming house located in Guidel Plages, 300 metres from the beaches, the harbour, and restaurants.
It features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, etc.) that opens onto a large living room. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The house sits on a fully enclosed 700-square-meter lot. Amenities include a barbecue, lounge chairs, and outdoor furniture…
ACTIVITIES/LEISURE:
Swimming, sailing, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, fishing, quad bike riding, mountain biking, tree-top adventure courses, mini-golf, an 18-hole golf course with ocean views, and numerous hiking trails along the coast, the Laïta River, the Loch ponds, etc...

Espace et calme
Très jolie maison spacieuse et claire, conforme à la présentation. Grand jardin clos avec terrasse, belle pelouse qui permet des jeux sans rien abîmer. Proche commerces, marché et plage. De la place pour se garer.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
Conseil: si vous arrivez en soirée, prévoyez les courses avant. Contrairement à d'autres locations, il n'y a pas de produits ménagers.Par contre vaisselle et mobilier en quantité suffisante. Prévoir draps et taies, ainsi que serviettes. Bons échanges avec notre hôte.Merci à Madame Guitton.

Très bonne location
La maison est très bien située vaste pour une famille avec des enfants, propre avec un jardin clôturé et à l abris des regards. Les photos correspondent à l annonce.
