The accommodation was excellent. It was very close to shops, laundrette and the Cathedral. The most was very responsive and the lift to the train station is so so helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Natalie seemed like a very nice person. There were a few issues like the shower drained way too slowly so I would be showering and enough deep puddle which I didn’t like. And also at one point on my last day there the shower head popped off. In a way that was clearly broken.I have no doubt that she will fix both of those things right away. It was close to where I wanted to go and it was clean and I appreciate the time I had there.

Our stay in Chartres

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Chartres, being conveniently located for walking to shops, restaurants and the Cathedral. The apartment was very comfortable, including the beds, and was well equipped with everything we needed for making occasional meals. Nathalie was such a kind hostess - she picked us up and drove us to the train station, which was much appreciated, and the apartment had lovely touches, such as chocolates waiting for us. We very much enjoyed our stay in Chartres - thank you!

Nice flat and a good location for explring Chartres. The apartment heater only went to 19C and that was a little cold for us. The shower drains very slow, too. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was a very pleasant stay.

Thank you, Terry, for your comment. The shower drain was indeed slightly blocked when you stayed with us. This has now been repaired, as have the radiators, which had just been turned back on after the summer.

Hervorragend

Das Appartement war zentral gelegen, die Küche war super ausgerüstet, das Schlafzimmer war schön eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war schnell, informativ und sehr freundlich, was den Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm machte. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
