50 metres from the ski slopes, the ski pass ticket offices and the Tourist Office
New kitchen, appliances (TV, hob, combined fridge, multifunction oven, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, fondue set and raclette set)
The apartment comprising an independent cabin bedroom with a 140x200 bed
A mountain corner at the entrance with two bunk beds dimensions 90x200
A sofa bed in 120 in a large living room
The cushions, bolsters and duvets are all brand new
6m² terrace with panoramic mountain views
Small car park on the top floor reserved for the Eaux Claires residence (but often full)
Bathroom also refurbished including a shower cubicle, a toilet, washing machine and towel dryer
Three possible accesses to the apartment by stairs. The upper entrance overlooks the restaurants and shops on the rue des Ecrins
The French ski school right next to the building, same for the ski rental shop (sport 2000 just opposite the residence les Eaux Claires)
Wifi subscriptions are on sale on the Orcières.com website and free of charge on the terrace of the Tourist Office, the snow front of the Drapeaux, the Place du Queyrelet and at the start of the Rocherousse telemix from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
For stays of 14 nights or more, end-of-stay cleaning is offered.

Séjour au ski en famille

Séjour parfait au ski avec mes deux enfants. L’appartement est super, grand, très bien exposé et super bien placé. Tout est présent pour se sentir bien et la literie est très confortable. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons. Merci.

De superbes vacances !

Location parfaitement située, propre, très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute. Nous avons été les premiers locataires et ne sommes pas déçu du tout, nous recommandons sans hésitation pour des vacances en famille dans une station dynamique, avec tous les services indispensables à proximité. Vu et paysages magnifiques a découvrir, a pied ou en voiture. Cette location a tout pour plaire !
