Lovely and relaxing cottage

Excellent location and comfortable and clean home. Our host was very attentive and kind, and we had a wonderful time exploring Pont-Aven. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house in a great location

Pont Aven is a wonderful location and this gorgeous house (with parking) is only a couple of minutes from the centre but very quiet. Catherine and her sister Francoise are amazing hosts and the house is immaculate and very well equipped. The area is full of wonderful beaches and coastal walks. Easy access to the motorway allows trips far and wide including a round of golf only 25 minutes away near Concarneau.

Wonderful house one minute walk from town center

The house was perfect during our 2-week stay; open kitchen, big windows, two bedrooms upstairs and a sitting room on the ground floor in addition to the kitchen; very quiet. We cooked most nights. Mme Henaff, our host, was easily reachable; she helped me to find a bike to rent and suggested other activities and places to visit.

Perfect location in Pont Aven

Beautiful well-equipped house that perfectly matched the description and photos. Charming sunny garden terrace, surrounded by trees and flowers. The house could not have been better situated in terms of access to everything. Catherine was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Her recommendations for restaurants and places to eat were spot on! We thoroughly recommend this property for anyone thinking of spending some time in Pont Aven.

Aus 2 Gründen gibt es als Gesamtbewertung nur 3 Sterne:Die Schlafräume und das Bad befinden sich im 1. Obergeschoss - eine Toilette gibt es aber nur im Erdgeschoss, das ist wenig komfortabel!Das Haus entwickelt einen ausgeprägten muffigen Geruch - wir mussten nach dem Urlaub die gesamte Bekleidung waschen bzw. in die Reinigung geben

Sehr geehrter Herr und Dame, Zum ersten punkt im interesse des komforts unserer gäste haben wir geplant toiletten im ersten stock zu instalieren. Die verzôgerten arbeiten werden im januar 2026. Zum zweiten punkt Ihre bemerkung zum muffigen geruch ûberrascht uns. 33/33 vermietungen haben uns mit 10/10 punkten bewertet. 2 personnen blieben 15 JOURS nach ihrer abreise und bewerten uns fûr di sauberkeit den konfort des resorts mit 10/10; Die sauberkeit und gesundheit meines haus sind mir ebenso wichtig wie die freundlichkeit des empfangs Es stimmt dass unser sehr sonniges haus mit einer automatischen lûftungune und eine wârmepumpe ausgestattet ist Wir bedauern, das sie die feuchtigheit gespûrt haben Ein einfacher kommentar von ihnen und wir hatten sofort die wârmepupe gestartet die auch gegen feuchtigkeit kâmpft (wie alle reversiblen pumpen..) Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Das blaue Haus liegt weniger als 100 m vom Ortszentrum Pont-Aven entfernt und ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Unternehmungen. Es ist super mit allem was irgendwie wichtig ist (oder sein könnte) ausgestattet: von "D" wie Duschshampoo über "M" wie Mikrowelle bis "W" wie (sehr gutes) WiFi. Seinen PKW kann man direkt vorm Haus parken (ist wegen der Parkpkatzsituation in Pont-Aven wichtig). Nicht zu vergessen ist der freundliche Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Catherine, die nicht nur mit guten Tipps hilfreich zur Seite steht, sondern auch ein sehr gutes Deutsch spricht.Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmte in jeder Beziehung mit der Realität überein. Alles in allem eine super Destination, die uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden kann.

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im schönen, blauen Haus unserer großartigen Gastgeberin Catherine. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Das Haus liegt zentral aber ruhig im durch Paul Gaugin bekannten Künstlerstädtchen Pont-Aven, ist sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Wohnküche. Zu Bäckerei um morgens frische Croissant und Baguette zu holen sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Elektroladestation für das Auto um die Ecke. Ein wirklicher Geheimtipp und eine tolle Empfehlung. ***C'était notre deuxième séjour dans la belle maison bleue de notre formidable hôtesse Catherine. Nous avons de nouveau été très satisfaits et heureux. La maison est située dans un endroit central mais calme, dans la petite ville artistique de Pont-Aven, rendue célèbre par Paul Gauguin. Elle est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et entièrement équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle cuisine. La boulangerie où l'on peut acheter des croissants et des baguettes frais le matin n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pied. Une borne de recharge électrique pour voiture se trouve au coin de la rue. Un véritable bon plan et une excellente recommandation.

La maison bleue est un coup de chance en termes de situation, d'équipement (dans les chambres et sur la terrasse) et de qualité.Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien pendant 10 jours, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Catherine qui non seulement nous a tout montré dans la maison, mais nous a aussi immédiatement réservé une table de choix au restaurant Le Promenade. Les brèves rencontres et discussions quotidiennes ont donné une ambiance de vacances familiale. Et la gentillesse chaleureuse de Catherine est un grand facteur de bien-être. À recommander sans hésiter!

Wir haben in diesem schmucken Häuschen eine Woche unseres Urlaubs verbracht, begleitet von unserem kleinen Hund. Das Haus ist schön herausgeputzt und der Garten wunderbar angelegt. Jeden Tag erfreuten wir uns an den blühenden Pflanzen um das Haus herum. Innen ist alles modern und funktionsgerecht. Eine hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten und einem Sitzblock in der Mitte, wo man auf drehbaren Hockern die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann. Alles ist wie bei einem dauerhaften Wohnen vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas kleiner, wie in früheren Zeiten üblich, aber hat einen WIFI-Fernseher. Das einzige WC ist im Erdgeschoß, was bedeutet, daß man nachts Stufen gehen muß. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind oben, auch modern und zweckmäßig, aber gleichzeitig mit warmer Ausstrahlung (z.B. Korbbett und Korbsessel). Zu beachten wäre, daß das Badezimmer einem der beiden Schlafzimmer zugeordnet ist und nur über dieses direkt betreten werden kann. Für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern kein Problem, denke ich. Wir haben übrigens über alle Tage hervorragend geschlafen, da das Haus in diesem Örtchen sehr ruhig liegt. Das Auto konnten wir übrigens vor dem Haus parken, die Räder hinter dem Haus. Catherine, die Vermieterin, muß unbedingt erwähnt werden. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich und warmherzig empfangen und eine vollständige Einweisung gegeben. Sie wohnt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und war bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und kümmerte sich. Die perfekte Gastgeberin! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

schöner aufenthalt in pont-aven.

hübsches zweistöckiges haus mit wundervollem garten an ruhiger lage. sehr sauber und gut unterhalten. catherine ist eine sehr freundliche gastgeberin, und wir haben den aufenthalt genossendie zwei schlafzimmer sind gross mit super betten.einzig die nasszellen überzeugen nicht vollkommen. bad mit badewanne ist sehr klein. dusche ist sehr gross und komfortabel, mit direktzugang von einem schlafzimmer. es gibt nur eine toilette im erdgeschoss. für ältere oder personen mit handicap nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, da von den schlafzimmern nur über die eher enge treppe zu erreichen.das ist aber eine kleine kritik auf hohem niveau, da wir die unterkunft und die gastgeberin voll empfehlen können.

Hübsches Haus im malerischen Pont Aven!

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar! Sehr praktisch mit Parkplatz vorm Haus. Einmal um‘s Eck und man ist im Ort. Das Haus verfügt über eine große moderne Küche. Uns war das Bett zu klein, aber eben typisch französisch. Ansonsten hat man alles, was man braucht. Liebevoll gestaltet von der zauberhaften Vermieterin Catherine, die gute Tipps für uns hatte bzgl. Restaurants und Sehenswertem.

schön und besonders - beau et spécial

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei unserer freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und gut Deutsch sprechenden Gastgeberin Catherine. Das Haus liegt zentral und doch ruhig in einem malerischen Örtchen mit vielen Cafés, hervorragenden Restaurants, Galerien und einem interessanten Museum. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich, der Bäcker für die Croissants zum Frühstück um die Ecke, schöne Atlantikstrände und bei weniger gutem Wetter interessante Orte zur Besichtigung sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine Ladestation für das Elektroauto ist 200 m entfernt. Point-Aven und das Haus sind absolut klasse und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. **************** Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez notre hôtesse Catherine, qui est aimable, serviable et parle bien l'allemand. La maison est située au centre mais au calme, dans un petit village pittoresque avec de nombreux cafés, d'excellents restaurants, des galeries et un musée intéressant. Tout est propre et bien rangé, le boulanger pour les croissants du petit déjeuner est au coin de la rue, de belles plages de l'Atlantique et, lorsque le temps est moins clément, des lieux intéressants à visiter sont accessibles en voiture. Une station de recharge pour la voiture électrique se trouve à 200 mètres. Point-Aven et la maison sont absolument géniaux et nous ont beaucoup plu.

Charmantes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber doch ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen charmant und hilfsbereit. Auch kann man von Ihr gute Tipps bekommen. Ihre Deutschkenntnisse ermöglichen ein nettes Gespräch für Leute mit wenigen Französisch-Kenntnissen.

Très agréable séjour au cœur de Pont Aven. La maison est idéalement située, proche du centre ville mais au calme. La propriétaire Catherine est très sympathique et au petits soins. Le confort est remarquable et la propreté absolument irréprochable. Bravo Catherine !
