Best please you can imagine for family vacations

This place is just absolutely great 👍. Sea is just 5 min walk and there is everything you need for comfortable beach time, like sun umbrella, chairs. Villa has big and well-kept garden, very well equipped kitchen. Just everything you need to have relaxing time. The host is very nice and helpful.

Eine schöne Villa mit Palmen

Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und möbliert sowie sehr geräumig. Der Garten der Villa umkreist, ist gepflegt und angemessen ausgerüstet. Nur einige Meter von der Villa entfernt, befindet sich ein Sandstrand. Zudem ist das Meer von San Pietro In Bevagna, atemberaubend schön. Des Weiteren ist der Eingentumer des Hauses sehr zuvorkommen und hilfreich. Italiano : la villa è ben arredata, molto spaziosa, il giardino che circonda la villa è ben curato e attrezzato. A pochi metri dalla villa c'è una lunga spiaggia sabbiosa e il mare di San Pietro in Bevagna è stupendo. Proprietario di casa e molto disponibile.

prima vakantie woning

Prima ruime vakantie woning met 3 ruime slaapkamers. Alles gelijkvloers met grote tuin rondom waar je prima in de zon maar ook in de schaduw kunt zitten. Ligging vlak bij mooi strand, in de woning zijn ook strand stoelen en lig bedden aanwezig. Eigenaar is een aardige italiaan die daar waar nodig klaar staat. Kortom zeker aan te bevelen. Jan vd Berg

La casa si trova all'interno di un residence di villette. La casa è molto bella e ben curata, l'erba tagliata a settimane alterne e cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani dopo 1 settimana. Casa adatta per due famiglie con bambini, 3 camere da letto 2 bagni e 3 docce + doccia all'esterno. Cucina super accessoriata con pentole di grandi dimensioni e molte griglie per barbecue. Ventole al soffitto in tutte le camere e condizionatore nel soggiorno . Lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, lavanderia. Spiaggia a 100 mt comodissima, bisogna solo attraversare la strada. Proprietario gentilissimo, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta e acqua fresca. Mare fantastico. Molto consigliata

sehr gut

1920535 Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Villa und ein toller Garten. Die Räumlichkeiten groß und gemütlich. Ausreichend für 6 Personen. 2 Bäder sind vorhanden, ebenso 2 Terassen. Man kann wählen zwischen Sonne und Schatten. Die Villa liegt in einer kleinen abgsperrten Residenz. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Es ist ratsam, nicht den Parkplatz im Garten zu verwenden. Jeden Morgen geht die automatische Bewäserung an, die auch das Fahrzeug erreicht. Dabei bleiben Kalkflecken am Lack hängen, die mit einer normalen Autowäsche nicht zu entfernen sind. Auf jeden Fall ist diese Villa empfehlenswert. Auch wir werden wieder dort hin gehen, zumal das Meer optimal ist. Ebenso der Ort mit seinen wenighen aber guten Einrichtungen.

Danke für die schöne Rezension, wir sind froh, dass Sie einen gute Urlaub bei uns verbringen haben. Dieses Jahr haben wir auch 7-8 Personen aufgenommen, weil die Villa sehr geräumig ist (600 mq von außen, weite Zimmer). Dank für mich daran erinnern, dass es besser ist, um das Auto nicht im Garten zu parken. Tatsächlich ist es möglich, das Auto in dem Parken nur für Anwohner (Parkplatz in der Residenz) zu parken. Wir würden uns freuen, um Sie in San Pietro wiederzuaufnehmen!
