The Hagenow Penthouse Suite is a private executive downtown suite. Upon entering the suite you will be welcomed with a beautiful spacious living area filled with plenty of light and comfortable surroundings. This luxurious suite features a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, large queen sofa sleeper, walk in closet- and that is just one room! There are three additional bedrooms, two have queen size beds. The fourth spacious bedroom features two full beds. This is perfect for additional guests (or 4 children) to sleep comfortably. Plus, the suite offers a fold out sofa bed, for additional over-night guests. And all your linens and towels will be clean fresh and ready for you.

The Hagenow Penthouse Suite features a 70" tv with Blu Ray and Netflix, and powered by a top of the line audio set up, featuring blue tooth capability upon entering the suite. The open kitchen and dining room is perfect for guest entertainment and creative cooking adventures with new appliances, gas grill top and stove, and lots of counter space for hosting large meals. Dishes, cups, flatware and dishwasher is all ready for you to use.

This suite is located in vibrant Downtown Lincoln just a short walk to bars and restaurants. Only 10-15 minutes walk from UNL Campus and Memorial Stadium, this is an ideal location to take in a Husker game or participate in campus activities. The suite is the only suite on the third floor making it very private. Unfortunately, this building is not handicap accessible and does not have an elevator.

Enjoy some fresh air on your own private patio deck overlooking downtown Lincoln with privacy, outdoor seating and a propane BBQ grill. The Hagenow Penthouse Suite features privacy, comfort and ease for your entire stay no matter the length, we have a feeling Nebraska "the Good Life" will rub off on ya!

This property is very well located and so accommodating!

This suite provides the perfect setting for a gathering of some size. We were able to relax in the kitchen/living/dining room for a lot of our stay, reconnecting with family. It is a few blocks from downtown Lincoln and a very quick ride to the Zoo. We look forward to return!

Lincoln family catchup

Sarah was a great host, quite responsive over app and text though we never met her. The place slept 7 of us quite comfortably and was a great location for walks to downtown at night. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is spacious though a bit dated and didn’t have all the cooking basics (Sarah went and got us items which were missing).

UNL Grad weekend

Loved everything about this stay. We had grandparents, aunts, siblings, and friends stay with us during our son’s graduation from UNL. The house is huge and in a great location. The house is well stocked which I truly appreciate. It is an ideal floor plan for spreading out and having separate areas for socializing. The kitchen is ideal for those of us that love to cook and entertain. The patio was a great outdoor area for grilling our graduation celebration dinner. A great residence!

Incredible Property, Incredible Host!

We held a work meeting / get together at Sarah's property and it was absolutely incredible! The location is prime, near great restaurants in downtown Lincoln. It was very spacious and great for large groups. We LOVED the privacy as well, it is on the third floor above two businesses, so we did not have to worry about being too noisy. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Sarah was so easy to work with. The check-in was simple, the checkout was even easier. She was very kind and understanding. Would recommend this place to everyone!

UNL Graduation/Christmas

Overall great. Found 3 open windows and we had a 70 mph storm the night before checking in. Both bathrooms were covered in dirt from the open windows. I cleaned tubs, floors and counters. Otherwise everything was great and really worked excellent for our group. Sarah is very quick with responses! Thank you for everything!
