Enjoy L'Eterlou throughout the seasons—an 80 m² inverted duplex apartment set within a historic 1830 farmhouse.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, this apartment offers an elegant, tastefully decorated interior facing Mont Blanc.

The apartment is ideally located equidistant from the center of Saint-Gervais and the Bettex ski slopes (a 6-minute drive). It’s the perfect balance between the vibrant village life and quick access to the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area.

The space is organized across two levels:

Upper Level: A bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy mezzanine overlooking the living room (with a 140cm double bed).

Guaranteed Comfort: Wine cellar, raclette and fondue sets, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and a full range of household appliances.

Lower Level: A master suite (160cm queen bed), a double bedroom (140cm double bed), a mountain corner/cabin alcove (bunk beds), and the mezzanine overlooking the living room (140cm double bed).

Bed linens are provided, and beds are freshly made for your arrival.

Outdoor Spaces: Two balconies facing Mont Blanc, including a wrap-around balcony accessible from the bedrooms.

Conveniences: Private covered parking, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, washing machine, and dryer.

Cosy, warm and well equipped apartment

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The property fits 8 but it wasn’t clear that the fourth ‘bedroom’ was in fact a mezzanine floor above the kitchen. Fine for kids but very little headroom and very hot. Worked okay once we turned off the heating. Also only one toilet. But lovely stay and great comms with owners who were very responsive. Would recommend

Appartement bien équipé, propre, confortable et agréable. Cuisine bien aménagée, lave linge et sèche linge. Bonne literie. Les chambres sont fraîches. Les petits moins : 1 WC seulement, pièce à vivre très chaude dès qu'il fait soleil, la scierie en face peut faire du bruit la semaine (mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées)

Un super petit havre de bonheur…

5 étoiles ..du début à la fin. Nous étions déjà séduits par les photos et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Chalet /appartement très propre et très bien aménagé avec goût ( avec tout les équipements et accessoires nécessaires pour des vacances à la montage, de l’appareil de fondue aux coupes de champagne pour bien célébrer Noël, machines à laver) Comme décrit, deux belles chambres pour adultes, une pour enfants /ado en lits superposés et un lit double en mezzanine pour les plus agiles.. Le cadre est paradisiaque…avec vue sur le Mont Blanc toujours tout prêt, et proche des stations en voiture ou shuttle, ..le parking pour la deuxième voiture peut être un peu difficile… Merci encore pour nous avoir prêté votre bel endroit. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Très bel espace!

Aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, cet appartement est comme un petit chalet, fait de vieux bois et de belles poutres. Les prestations sont exceptionnelles autant pour l’équipement de la cuisine que du mobilier ou de la déco. A l’arrivée, un panier de bienvenue nous attendait, tout est parfaitement organisé et tout y est extrêmement bien pensé. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique en famille et amis. Nous y étions si bien le soir en rentrant des pistes que nous n’avons pas songé à dîner ailleurs. Une vraie bonne adresse!

Tres bon séjour à L’Eterlou

Merci à Sophie et Bruno, nous avons passé une semaine magique dans votre chalet en pleine nature. Décoration ravissante, très cosy, confort, tout était parfait. La neige était excellente et le soleil était là .
