Waters Edge ground floor #103 beach front condo. Located in the Historic Taft District of Lincoln City. 1 bedroom 1 bath for up to four guests. Come enjoy the many splendors of the Historic Taft District in Lincoln City with beach surf art galleries outstanding food venues museum and antique shopping all within easy strolling distance of the condo. If interested in a larger group size Oregon Beach Vacation has over 2 dozen units in the waters edge complex to boost your parties occupancy possibilities.

This unit has a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a tub and shower combination. TV's with cable in both living room and bedroom. WIFI access. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm on chilly nights. Comfortable for up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with spices, salt and pepper, and cooking oil!

Water's Edge is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 103 & 104 in the last month. 103 was great, no issues. 104 was a different story. We were schedueled to show up on Saturday Jan 30th but because of work we couldnt get their till Sunday after 5:00. We showed up a day late but the room had not been cleaned and the office to call was closed. So we had to spend the night in a dirty place (we had no other option) during Covid. We called right away the next morning. They got someone there quickly but we still had to be gone for 4 hours during cleaning time. Besides this everything else was good.

Nice little condo

It’s a cute little condo. Condo could of been aired out or some type of air spray. It was really musky when we got there and we found a pillow that was really dirty. Other then that condo was as explained. Very easy to communicate with management with was nice

Definitely would rent again.

Definitely would rent again. Super clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Love that they allow dogs. Very comfortable and quiet place.

Nice condo

The unit is very nice. It was clean. It is not really ocean front as it looks over the parking lot of a park wayside that does get a fair amount of traffic. the water is on the other side. the wifi code we were given on the phone was not correct and there is no write up about the wifi. We had tp use our cellular data so that was disappointing. If we had been there for more than 2 nights this would have been a bigger issue for us. nI was VERY appreciative at the measures that were being taken due to COVID. That was a BIG selling point for us and our ease.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in Lincoln City, and it was great! I picked Water’s Edge because it had elevators and it was right by the ocean. I picked the place before I even started to look for availability. We were lucky and found 103. The inside was really nice and extremely clean!! It fit every comfortably and we loved the close access to the ocean and especially the ground floor!! The price was right so I grabbed 103 as soon as I saw it was available for the dates that we needed!! We definitely with be back!! I would totally recommend this place!!!!!!
